Was told it’s okay to smoke with the door open because she’s not inside. Might as well be. Who wants food with smoke coming from the door. Then walks in and didn’t even wash her hand. I know this has to be breaking Virginia laws. And this is the general manager Debby who should know better.

If you're looking for pizza, I'd recommend it. Delicious pies with plentiful toppings.

If you're looking for a sub, look elsewhere. I order a turkey and cheese sub and it had at best 3 thin slices of turkey on it, and was skimpy on the other toppings as well. I've had better turkey and cheese subs from Wawa for less money.

The location in Strawbridge market in Virginia Beach is terrible. This is the second time. Not going back.
A few months ago, I walked in and waited a long time (no body said anything), finally the guy came out and told me it will be 2hrs waiting. I left.

Today, i walked in again, the new guys said I'm new here I have no idea whatever and she told me to take your order. The elder lady took a ling time to take my order and it wasn’t exactly what I asked but my goodness I just want to be done ( someone was waiting behind me). She asked me to tip her $5.

This is why I prefer Dominos pizza even Chanello’s is much closer and more convenient. Staff at Dominos especially the one in General booth, they are always friendly, take order quickly. No attitude never ask for tip.

Taking an order at a food service is the employee work’s responsibility.

On the website it’s clearly says that the discount and it’s be ordered both online or in store. The staff couldn’t apply it for me and asked for $5 tip.

I came back to pick up the pizza and she said she sent the new staff home. Wow! Having new employees with no training and fire them when they make mistake is a sign of poor management.

Today is June 13 2025 now is 7:40 pm.

The tip and poor service are the ones preventing people from coming to the service.

It doesnt matter how good is the food, when service this poor, customers likely to turn away.

I won’t be back for a long time.

Placed an order online just to get there to pick it up and the door was locked. Light said ‘open’ but nobody inside. I knocked for a while but no answer. Still charged for the order.

Service is terrible, waiting over 2 hours for 2 pizzas. Called and they told us they are short staffed. Ok I get it, then don't tell us 30 minutes, so we can order somewhere else. My kids are going to bed soon, ordered at 5:30 pm, currently 7;30 pm, still no PIZZA.. this place SUCKS!!!

I've been ordering from this location for at least 10 years, and in the past few months they've really gone downhill. On my last three orders, I've arrived a few minutes after it was supposed to be ready, and it wasn't. Then after standing around for 10-15 minutes waiting, I've gotten home and found that the crust was not completely cooked and doughy. I'm going to have to start going somewhere else, as this is no longer worth the little bit saved over other pizza places.

When the guy answered the phone he sounded like we he just woke up and didn't say store he was, took order and did not repeat it, hung up without telling me how long for pickup or thanking me. He was just as grumpy when I arrived to pick up my order. Never smiled. Very poor customer service on his behalf

The last 2 times we ordered the garlic knots they were very under cooked I'm talking dough in the middle and just un appetizing. Cook them longer or don't sell them period.
