Waited over 2 hours for a delivery order placed at 5:30pm on a Sunday for Gino’s. Once we hit close to 2.5 hours I canceled the $60 order that still had not arrived. Went to Chanellos in Red Mill and got the same order in 15 minutes for $20 less. Quality food was the same but customer service from Chanellos was far and beyond better than Gino’s!! I threw out Gino’s menu.
This store does an awesome job! Always fast and friendly and accurate! If I ask for my pizza well done? It’s well done. This might seem simple, but many pizza delivery shops neglect special instructions in my experience. The rewards program is also great!
