CHARCOAL CHICKEN Pollo A La Brasa

Terrible experience. I will not be coming back.

Today I placed an order and it was a complete disappointment. We had to wait over 50 minutes for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was undercooked. The drinks took nearly 30 minutes to be served, which is completely unacceptable.

On top of that, the staff was rude and unprofessional, showing no sense of customer service or ethics. At no point did they seem interested in providing a good experience.

I absolutely do not recommend this place. A waste of time and money.

Horrible customer service , manager wanna be super rude and literally express didn’t care about his service or what I thought about it . I hope this place runs to the ground , besides over priced nothing to write home about .

Last week, I stopped here for the first time! The staff was so friendly and the service was great. I enjoyed my food and the portions were perfect. Thanks for the yummy food and the great experience!

The woman they had in front was super rude! Super condescending and unprofessional.. the food is great, I always spend $100+ every time I go but this chick gotta go! Don’t think I’ll come back if she is there!

I felt discriminated - a customer before us received green sauce as many as he asked for because he spoke Spanish and once it’s my turn it’s ¢35 each. I don’t mind paying it but the favoritism is in front of me. Anyway I tipped 17% for a take out which was $7 for a tip for a mediocre service and discrimination and not even a free condiment to come with.
