Charleys Cheesesteaks

The guys NEED to come back, i JUST went n spent 13$ for chicken cheesesteak n ff to go. When I got all the way home all I had was pretty much bread n lil chicken...smh. Everytime I go when the guys r working they make big sandwiches....VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I was charged $22 for a cheeses steak and fries. They misrepresented the food. There was a slither of steak and cheese on a large hotdogs roll. The fries were not cooked fully. I do not recommend to eat there ever. Sad place.

The cashier speaks Spanish and can't count correctly, he forgot my drink, and my fries were old! This is why I eat at home, but my husband wanted Popeyes and they were next door. Food quality is poor asf. No one was in line and I see why

Out of everything and the child taking the orders is RUDE cuts you off while you are ordering trying to rush your order very rude!!!!

I've visit this location often because it is convenient and opted against a review when the service was really bad. I will say the customer service is poor. Maybe its a cultural thing or language barrier but it sucks. Food is not consistent. Sometimes its ok, other times there is absolutely no seasoning. The guy is the best cook. Sandwiches get soggy fast. I stopped getting the combo because they keep reducing the amount of fries. I think I may have had 9 fries last time. This is because they don't drop them in a timely manner then they try to fill 10 orders off one basket. Service keeps declining. I highly recommend the Chesapeake location for good food and consistency.

Lovely Philly Cheesesteak

Food is excellent, employees are nice but long wait.

Went to this location and guess what the same Mexican manager woman was there she was arguing with customers again. I order again and it was the same bad food. Guys on the back complaining about this manager . Second time and it was worst thank the first one cold food really bad . Never coming back

The steak philly cheesesteak was good. The large size ( no drink included is $13) for the prise, The drink should be include, in my personal opinion. Why 3 starts. I asked the lady for extra green peppers, there was none in my sanwish.

I could've taken it back, but I was already short on time. I will not be back to this location. However, I will not trash the place. The food was good.

Ordered a Philly steak. Food looked amazing. Presentation was almost flawless. Then I tasted it and felt so disappointed. Very lacking in the flavor department!
