Recent Reviews

I've visit this location often because it is convenient and opted against a review when the service was really bad. I will say the customer service is poor. Maybe its a cultural thing or language barrier but it sucks. Food is not consistent. Sometimes its ok, other times there is absolutely no seasoning. The guy is the best cook. Sandwiches get soggy fast. I stopped getting the combo because they keep reducing the amount of fries. I think I may have had 9 fries last time....

The steak philly cheesesteak was good. The large size ( no drink included is $13) for the prise, The drink should be include, in my personal opinion. Why 3 starts. I asked the lady for extra green peppers, there was none in my sanwish.

I could've taken it back, but I was already short on time. I will not be back to this location. However, I will not trash the place. The food was good.

The food is overpriced and they don't do anything extra that makes them outstanding from other places that sell Philly subs that don't even have oiled to go on top of it. So this one at MacArthur mall this is the first time I checked out Charlie's cheesesteaks I won't be going back to another one cuz it's probably all the same!!!!!!?
