When in Virginia Beach, and you're looking for an informal and relaxed atmosphere where the locals hang out, you really can't beat Ched's Place eat, play games like Virginia Lottery and casino style video games, and enjoy a full bar. The local clientele are a nice mix of younger to retired military folks who enjoy getting to know new faces.
I highly recommend this restaurant and lounge.

If you don’t like the smell of cigarettes I wouldn’t recommend you go here. If you don’t mind it. The drinks were great and the music was always great the DJ played more R&B/HipHop which was a major plus for me while I shot a few games of pool!
