Used to go to chefskip frequently. Hadn’t been in a while but I was excited to get their delicious fish sandwich. The website wasn’t working to place an order. So I called… of course the answering machine said to place orders online. Ok Fine. We placed our order in store. There was only one person working…we placed our order received no receipt and waited. There was about 7 other people also waiting for their food. While we were all waiting instead of focusing on making the food and getting orders out he stopped and hollered “ IF YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER, YOU NEED TO WAIT OUTSIDE I SAID IF YOU ALREADY PLACED YOUR ORDER, YOU NEED TO WAIT OUTSIDE!” Horrible no one has ticket numbers there is no way of knowing when your food is ready. Once again I’m tryna stick it out and support. We go back in 10 minutes later and get the food. We drive home and we realize he gave us the wrong food!!! There’s no way to call to have it corrected so we were stuck with these cold fries and nasty crab cakes. Y’all gonna have to do better.

Wow. For $22 you’d think you’d get more than ONE piece of fish and 4 small shrimps! Outrageous! I know places that give you more but I wanted to show support for a small business. Smh. Won’t support here nomore.
The food was REALLY salty and had an OK taste. Def not worth the money but hey we live and we learn.
I’m just upset because I work EXTREMELY HARD for my money and I don’t make much but I spent money here and wasn’t satisfied.

I ordered my food today to be delivered at 230 cause thats the time I take my lunch break, well when my food gets here this is the order I received, mind you I ordered a steak and cheese with extra sauce and hushpuppies instead I got fries the sub was not even in the crease of the bread nor is it at least at the top of it, and the restaurant is only 5 minutes the most from my job and when it got to me it was cold as ice, these businesses really do to go orders wrong and thats who order the most food, this is my first and last time order from this place I can tell you that!!! And also the young man that answered the phone got nasty with me, I did say a cuss word out of anger and being very hungry only to be disappointed, but he hung up on me, the customer service is horrible here.

OK, that is amazing when I tell you I’m never disappointed when I get the fish shrimp and crab cake my goodness it never disappoints me. I’ve tried other places and trust and believe oh I can’t touch his spot. The customer service. The food again is amazing season two perfection and the portions. Let me tell you about the portions. The portions are top-tier just like the food. I know everybody’s pallet is different, but anybody who Give this establishment anything other than a five star I don’t know what’s going on. My son loves the Philly cheesesteak. I stick with the fish shrimp, crabcake and fries. my won’t eat shrimp from nowhere else. I’m just saying and all I Can suggest is to try it yourself and they never messed up an order we order from them at least once a week. Keep up the amazing amazing work. We appreciate you guys.

Once in a while I pay a visit to this est. Today was exceptionally amazing. I ordered the crab cake fish and shrimp combo for the first time w/ the kool aid and My Gawd...I underestimated the portion of the fish which oddly was my favorite part of this combo. Cooked to perfection. Kuddos to Ms. OG in the back she made my lunch today and im so satisfied right now and I have left overs. Even tho its a lil pricey it was every bit worth it. 🙌 ☺ so far I've never had a bad experience at this establishment.
