Have always had an excellent experience here, food and service wise, the staff are amazing, super kind and polite! highly recommend and we come at least 2 nights a week for dinner.
Chen's is a good neighborhood Chinese restaurant, if the food is what matters. The business is getting run down and could use a facelift and nicer table and chairs. The food is worth picking up, going home and enjoying.
