Food was okay. Been to 3 chicho locations..Norfolk and the boardwalk, this was the worst. They only care about gossiping with their local friends all wearing chicho shirts and hoodies. Not a friendly welcoming location. Will not return

Pizza was average I got slices of cheese & pepperoni. One of them was reheated. A cheese slice was 3.50 I think. Good price for what you get. They don’t let you get different slices only personal pizzas or larger pizza. Nothing special. Service was pretty good and fast.

Customer service here is absolutely terrible. The host sat us down without saying a single word, and after sitting there for over 10 minutes without being acknowledged, we walked out and took our business to Mellow Mushroom instead. The bartender and the server with green hair and cartoonishly overfilled lips walked past us multiple times, made eye contact, and still couldn’t even manage a “hey, someone will be right with you.” Not even a pity nod. And mind you, the place wasn’t even busy. I guess customer service isn’t on the menu here.

We placed our order a waited while our pizza was ready. We watched the food prep people make many things, including pizza dough, which was not necessary because they had plenty, and at one point every took a break. We waited 40 minutes before they started our pizza.
They gave us extra toppings and the pizza was delicious, but we didn't expect to wait almost an hour and watch the staffing working in inefficiently.

On vacation, we needed a quick but late bite to eat and was one of the only places open after 10pm... We ordered 1 large pizza 1 kids Mac n cheese and a kids popcorn chicken with just 2 slices of cheese pizza. It was good food but the total for that was over 55 bucks...it's pricey. Good but pricey

Went in there an hour before close and got cussed at for coming in. My friend can’t have dairy so we asked if a wing sauce had dairy and all we got was “idk”. Super rude and disrespectful. Walked right out.

One expects a pizza place to be family-friendly. Chicho's was definitely not. We ordered appetizers, so we wouldn't have to wait forever. They arrived 50 minutes later along with the pizza. No explanation, no drink refills, no apologies. The waitress was an abomination. The food was hit or miss, but the experience ruined our day.
Great food horrible service 1 hour for pizza didn’t get appetizers until after the pizza didn’t get our salads until I asked for it had to ask for refills. When I asked what was going on she said I can’t help what the kitchen does with a smart ass Attitude no apologies are anything. Used love this place and recommended it to everyone but will never recommend again to anyone will actually tell them to stay clear of it from now on been in business since 1968 with service like that it won’t be much longer. Highly disappointed

The food was good, but the service was terrible, i got there before they closed and the workers were cussing about me and my friends and other customers that were also ordering food about ordering food, then on customer came in and they were still open and one of the workers said they were closed but they weren’t actually closed. The food was decent but the service and atmosphere was very poor
