Chicho's Pizza 11th Street

Not the same quality as 28th street...disappointed...could use a good cleaning, pizza was salty and had no sauce on it plus the crust was flimsy. Lastly, I laughed when I saw a vendor technology fee and a service fee. Just call it a BS fee and call it a day. But seriously, this location needs some corporate attention.

Long wait for service. Food was ok. Bill had a 18% tip included so patrons, who do not review the bill on detail will over tip by 20 %.

Everything was good. The only issue is the food. I think it's mostly fronzen, so not fresh, I had one of their burgers and the tomatos and meat where like watery (still frozen) and no real taste. The staff was friendly and welcoming though.

We have always stayed at the Hampton Inn whenever we are in VA Beach. The restaurant attached was a great place to go even when it became Chichos, but our last stay

in 2025 was such a disappointment compared to when we were there in 2023
One night we waited almost 20 minutes for a drink. The bartender was to busy taking care of what I assumed were regulars. The next time we waited almost an hour for food because they were short handed. The next day we went in and were totally ignored we went across to the place next door. If anyone stays at the Hampton do not let the restaurant dissuade you. The Hampton is the best the beach.

My wife and I stopped here for a quick bite and a drink after a 7 hour drive. Service was fast and friendly but the food was sub par. Drinks were pretty good.
We ordered a large Bavarian pretzel that came with a nacho cheese sauce that was more like a nacho cheese glue. It was inedible and tasted like they scooped it straight out of a can.
My wife’s pizza was overcooked.
They had trivia night going on and the 2 winners got a decent gift certificate.
I would come back for a drink or 2 but not for the food.

I wasn't impressed at all. I have issues with mushrooms and they added them to my steak and cheese sub. Took 35 minutes to get 1 slice of cheese pizza that was pretty much burned. NO EXPLANATION OR COMPENSATION FOR ISSUES.
By the way, there were only 12 people in the restaurant. And another couple left because they didn't get waited on.

I ordered the Philly Steak and cheese. I was staying at the Hampton Inn and thought I would pick up something quick for dinner. I took one bite of the sandwich and felt something hard. It was a small piece of metal with a sharp end. I am glad I didn't cut my gum or tongue. I immediately took the food back. One of the waitress went to get the manager and I was told she was busy. I could have been injured and she was too busy to make sure I was okay. I wouldn't have written this review if she had acted like a manager instead of sending a message by the waitress. I did get my money back.

My best friend and I came here for our birthdays in 2023 and the food AND service were great. This time, the service was not that great, tho the last that serves us was great, when we were seated, we were not offered atleast a drink. We were, however, given our menus. After about 25 minutes, my friend went in and asked if we could get some drinks and someone take our order. Well, after another 15 minutes or so, still nothing, I went in, waited for around 5 minutes to the lady came over, and I told her we had been waiting for over 30 minutes and weren't even given a drink. Whilst she acted as though this were no big deal, it was to us, we were thirsty. Idk if the lady working the bar heard me, or if she was also a waitress, but she was sweet and came in there just a couple minutes after I went in. The food was glorious tho!

Initially we were told we couldn't order any items from the grill! because they were having issues in the kitchen and that we could order pizza and then a few minutes later we were told the opposite and by the time we were leaving we saw pizza coming out to another table

We were about to leave when all of a sudden my crab dip was arriving so we decided to stay. I didn't even know they put the crab dip order in because we were still deciding whether or not we wanted to stay. The Manager said she would let us decide....

This location was a DISASTER. I saw a whole party of about eight people leave and rightfully so. We were going to do the same as I mentioned previously, but couldn't because the crab dip came

I would say if you really want to try Chicho's maybe go to a different location than this one!!!!

Also, they charge a service fee and have gratuity already added in to your bill, even for a small party of two. They need to get rid of the service fee. Why am I paying extra for a service fee when I'm already tipping a set amount? I mean what is the service fee for???? Also the tax is 12%. Not sure if that's a Virginia Beach thing or what but that is too high!!! It's bad enough that most restaurants went to 10% and now they feel like they can get away with even more

On a good note, their crab dip was really good. That was all I ordered because I was over it!!! The person who accompanied me said their sandwich was fine. Oh and one more good thing, the music was GREAT!!!

I definitely won't eat at this place again, such a mediocre meal for almost $75! We ordered a pizza and it looked like a frozen dollar tree for $17! Some drier wings, with failed celery, a fish breaded with french fries that you were those black potatoes and with the smell of old oil! What a shame...

Beware. Got put on the wait list, and was told 15 minutes. Waited over an hour and 30 minutes and still no text. Place was nearly empty as well.
