Chicho's Pizza Town Center Reviews

After twenty minutes, we just got up and left. This past friday, on valentine's day, I wanted to try their heart shaped pizzas. I ordered 3 to go and picked them up to bring back to my family. there were 8 tables seated and 2 waitresses. I mean less than 4 tables each. It took is almost 20 minutes for them to take our drink order. who knows how long the pizza will take.
Took the fam to check out the local spot at town center and was very very disappointed. After being told it was a 20 min wait but never asked for a name for the table we decided to just order to go. Was then told we got a table for you, where we sat for another 20 mins before a waiter acknowledge us. Took 20 mins for the food which upon inspection at home the Salad had bad cucumbers and lettuce looked old. Don't waste your time. Hope they get their stuff in order.

Chicho's Pizza Town Center offers a solid dining experience with good pizza, beer, and bartenders. The staff work diligently, and the food, including large salads and a popular calzone, is served promptly. The location often features live music, enhancing the atmosphere. Parking is more accessible at the rear entrance.
The pizza is well-received, with options for regular or thin crust, spicy or regular sauce. Customers also enjoy the homemade ranch dressing and the location's superb Orange Crushes. The spacious seating area features numerous televisions and a large bar, making it a popular spot for Ohio State alumni to gather for game watch parties.
While some customers find the prices a bit high for the quality, Chicho's is considered one of the best pizza places in the 757 area. The restaurant has also made improvements to ensure wheelchair accessibility, removing previous steps.
