This location in town center does not have it together when they first opened and they were not very busy, I went in with my family. They sat us down and they never came back to us. After twenty minutes, we just got up and left. This past friday, on valentine's day, I wanted to try their heart shaped pizzas. I ordered 3 to go and picked them up to bring back to my family. Once I was home when we opened the boxes, it looked nothing like a heart. It just looked like they removed the top slice of pizza. They looked horrible. Nothing like a heart. Very Disappointed. Will not use this location again
Lily was the best host. She presented care, courtesy, and passion throughout her customer service. Wouldn’t have been the same without her!!

The pizza is good!! But I go to watch the Ohio State games. Our local Ohio State Alumni Associate meets there for watch parties for every game. :)
Parking: There is shared parking in the front with other establishments. If you go around back there is additional parking.

Typical chichos service, 4 people in whole place…you sit down and get ignored by the bartender for 5 minutes. Wait forever for your food and then server leaves the bill and expects a tip but never returns to get the money before you want to leave
I actually don’t think I’ve gotten good service at any chichos in the past 15 years now that I think about it

Food is good. A bit expensive for the quality. There are better dine in pizza places around.
Kid-friendliness: No pizza on the kids menu
Wheelchair accessibility: They removed the steps that the previous owners of the space had, so now it's wheelchair accessible

Best pizza in the 757. Regular or thin crust, spicy or reg sauce! Don’t forget the homemade Ranch!
This location has superb Orange Crushes too!
Large seating area with a ton of televisions and a huge bar. ? Staff followed up with us throughout visit. Enjoyed a thin crust pepperoni and regular cheese pizza with loaded fries as appetizer.

there were 8 tables seated and 2 waitresses. I mean less than 4 tables each. It took is almost 20 minutes for them to take our drink order. who knows how long the pizza will take.

My partner and i did take out.We order ahead so it can be ready for when we get their. The pizza didnt look appetizing to me at all . And i know their was something wrong with the pizza. My partner was insisting i give it a try . & the chicken was dry and they had that chicken for over a month.it was disgusting. later on at night i had the worst upset stomach . And in the mornings (today) I had to be on the toilet on and off and it was a discolor in my #2. I know for a fact the toppings arent fresh and giving customers expired food and toppings there not supposed to be serving . -0/10

The price of the food and bar drinks is crazy!! I had 3 drinks and a small and large pizza and my total was 72 dollars. We sat at the bar, service was not great … had to ask for plates , silverware and no one came to ask how everything was etc. I also noticed they add a fee for using a card to pay as opposed to cash! 9 dollars for a draft beer is insane!!!!!
Don’t go when they have karaoke. People are literally screaming and it’s soooo loud in there. You can’t hear anyone and the waitress can’t hear the customers so mistakes happen. When asked to turn it down they said they couldn’t. Everyone was miserable even our waitress.
The only reason I am giving any stars is because the wings were not bad. We came
In during happy hour. I had to ask the waitress what the specials are. They should be approaching us with the specials as a customer we shouldn’t have to dig it out of the staff. My drink had black mold looking stuff floating in it. One chunk was huge I have no idea how the bartender missed that while making my drink. After 15 or so minutes and my guests already finishing their entire drink the waitress comes over and my drink is still full.. I have to ask for one with no mold or whatever it was. At this point it’s not happy hour anymore because again she just didn’t check on us for at least 15
Minutes.. our food comes out and we ordered 10 wings each and a side of fries to share. Do you think our fries came with our food..? Nope waitress forgot to put it in then didn’t take any blame for it. Blamed the kitchen. Our fries came out when we were done eating.. now it takes some time to eat 10 wings each.. I was purposely waiting to not eat some of my wings because I really wanted them with my fries. The side of fries for $5 in the app section was SMALL like a small fry at fast food.. looked
Like they were rushed and not cooked fully.. we sent them back immediately.. again I would have tried them in the very least even though they looked cheap, undercooked and small portion but they didn’t come out with my food. We still tipped 20% but will absolutely never be back. I’m so disappointed.. and do you think they even took a $1 off our tab to say sorry!? Nope waitress couldn’t care less. She knew she did a bad job. It was just not worth it at all.

We had a 16-person party for Father's Day. For years, the wife and I would go to Chicho's 29th Street but this location was more centrally located for everybody. We called ahead and they reserved 2 tables for us. Adults had a table. Kids had a table. It was great. The server was incredible. I can't remember her name at the moment but if I find my receipt I will update with her name. She made sure everybody had the right drinks, food(which was banging and up to Chicho's standards of deliciousness) and that the bills were split properly, which i know was quite a hassle but everything worked out like it was supposed to. It was a large party so there was gratuity added but we were all aware and some gave more as we felt she deserved it. It was definitely a great experience. And we will definitely be coming back to this location. And if you've never been, get their famous spicy sauce on your pizza or on the side.
