Chicho's Pizza Strawbridge

It’s was a good experience in town we tried their pizza and it’s was tasty, all went on well but the service mixed up the girl who serve us she gave us bill before we finished and ask us many times can you give bill? She should wait until we finish if may be we need something else what she will do?
So overall all good but the service need improvement.
Pizzas are so tasty but the Chicken nuggets are not fresh and the fries are not in good texture.

I'm writing this review hoping ownership will listen to somebody. I'm a long time repeat customer and while I've been to other locations over the years I primarily frequent the Strawbridge location.

After working from 10:00 a.m. until 8:30 p.m. last night, I got cleaned up and was looking forward to having a nice salad with chicken on it, a few beers and singing some karaoke.

When I got there it was eerily quiet for that time of night on a Saturday, i soon found out why!

I asked for a menu and a nice pretty hard laminated menu was delivered obviously something new, and I found the cobb salad and they wanted $19! Then if I want to add chicken add another $9! So I'm going to pay $28 for a Cobb salad with some grilled chicken?

Every business has the right to charge what it wants however do not be a crook. There is a competitor that has a Cobb salad with grilled chicken on it that is significantly of higher quality than the one I would have received here and they charge $18.99.

I'm very familiar with the restaurant industry and I understand food cost this is not because things have gone up this in my opinion is someone trying to take advantage, this is not a five-star restaurant and you're not providing the type of dish that would Garner almost $30 for such meal.

It's going to hurt your business you think it's going to help your bottom line but it won't you're going to lose people like myself, who went somewhere else and spent their hard-earned money on Food and adult beverages.

It's your business do what you want but until your price has come back to where they need to be I won't be.

This hurts your waitstaff and ultimately if you're not making enough money you would then not have the KJ and then it just crumbles from there please make the different decision.

I’ve only ever had one distasteful experience at this location. However, I will say the meals are always on point. Hot and fresh every single time. We ordered out today and the delivery driver was so sweet. He definitely seemed like he wanted to do a good job! I don’t remember his name, but 5 stars for him. Tonight I ordered the fiesta salad- which I had never seen on the menu before- and it was the absolute best fiesta salad I’ve ever had!! Very filling and fresh! If this is a limited time deal you really need to consider adding it to the menu full time!!

This is the 2nd time in the last month that we have come to Chicho’s strawbridge and had a bad experience. The first time it took almost an hour to get our food and tonight it took over 30 minutes and it was almost a ghost town in the place. We ordered 2 small pizzas and chicken bites. Our pizza was not hot and the chicken bites came out 10 minutes later. We have given our number every time for the rewards program and have never had any rewards. We spend at least $70 each visit but never any rewards show. Last time our server blamed the kitchen and encouraged us to write a review because with us only in the restaurant during spring break it took an hour for the food. We gave them another chance tonight and it was still the same. Super long wait and our server Kayla was not helpful. Very deer in the headlights. We will not be giving them a third try. Sorry Chicho’s, we usually visit a couple times a month during the summer but that has ended. Enjoy your empty restaurant and terrible kitchen staff

I think I ate at this place like 4 or 5 years ago and was not impressed.$20 for a large pepperoni pizza that looks like a DiGiorno Pizza. So I decided not to eat at this place and it's been so long I couldn't remember. So I looked their menu up and it looks great and fantastic like it's some handcrafted Pizza. So I decided to try it not remembering if it was the same place. When I picked up my food and I instantly remembered it was the same place. Look like a DiGiorno pizza the food tasted good but nothing exciting about it. Again their Pizza just seemed like a DiGiorno pizza from Walmart. I will not go back.

Awesome location! The atmosphere is the BEST! Everyone is welcoming and our server Keeley was attentive and courteous. We happen to arrive in time for “Family Feud” with Crystal, she was incredibly funny and keep the night fun and family friendly! Thank you Chicos at Strawbridge for creating an environment that is entertaining, clean, and enjoyable for the whole family. We will be back…again and again!

The young lady taking my order was outstanding. I was very undecided and kept adding things to my order and she nailed it!
Pizza was decent with plenty of toppings, the wings were way over cooked, the cheese bread and garlic knots was just mid.

Prices went up and sizes went down. Their large pizza is now the size of a medium or small at other pizza places. Service is lacking, front desk crew is more interested in talking than waiting on customers. Overall this place has went downhill greatly.

I just wrote a huge book length review on this places shady pricing techniques and my son accidently deleted it. So I'll just say one star and I'm not going back. Check your receipt well.
