I don't like to write negative reviews but I believe it's important to keep other people from wasting their money. I've been to several Chick-fil-A's locations before so I have certain expectations as far as the food and the service. In this particular case I was let down. I used the drive-thru and it seemed like the employees were more concerned with getting cars through the line quickly than in providing any sort of customer service. I was at my destination before I realized that I had not received all the items ordered nor did I receive any condiments. The sandwich was cold and none of the other items came close to meeting expectations. The items that I did receive certainly weren't worth the price. I will definitely not be back to this location.

Today i felt my lemonade was quite not tasting right , went to change and the manager was amazing in customer service,she even gave me a sip of drink to garantee i d be satisfied, well done !10 out 10 .

I ordered both of my son’s kids meals and I got myself a salad. This was supposed to be a nice treat since my son had a breakdown earlier and calmed himself down without throwing his underwear at me. Upon assembling everything on plates, I noticed that they didn’t give me my sauces or my drink. This is incredibly troubling because my autistic son refuses to eat his nuggets without sauces and no matter how much I remind the workers nothing ever changes. All I want is my sauces. I need my sauces. I am a single mother and you have not made my day any easier. I will NOT be returning ever again.

Ordered a large fry.....where are the rest of my fries? Service is always excellent. Update...went through drive through....ordered a wrap.......asked for salsa....... no salsa for my wrap.....says it right on the receipt......

We brought home our call ahead order and we have 5 grilled nuggets and received the smallest large waffle fries we've ever seen!
I've never really seen such a clean system catering establishment. And the staff was really nice and motivated, Cullen was really cool. 55

Never seen a drive thru like this. Order from people outside in a double lane and have food handed to you while being greeted by name in the lanes. The line had to be 20 deep and I was ordering foe a family of 6 and I was in and out in under 5 minutes with 100% order accuracy. I'm shocked such a hectic drive thru works so well!
Typical Chick-fil-A: we all know this place yeah? They forgot our extra sauces, but didn’t charge for it. Too lazy to go back and get them, but it probably saved us some calories.
