Today is our wedding day, and we chose Chick-fil-A to grab a quick, easy meal before our day started. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing due to how unorganized everything was.
This was a mobile order (Drive-thru #3410015). • I was given the wrong drink • My large hash browns were completely missing • The drink I did receive had no ice at all
On such an important and time-sensitive morning, accuracy and basic attention to detail really matter. This added unnecessary stress on a day that should have been smooth and positive.
I usually expect much better from Chick-fil-A, which is why this experience was especially frustrating.

Waited 25 minutes for a curbside order and had to go through the drive thru. Apparently my order was just sitting inside getting cold. They did not bother to bring it out to me. Why offer a service if you can’t efficiently run it in a timely fashion. I won’t be back.
