It wasn’t busy at all. I pull right up to the drive-through. They asked me what drink I would like with my order and I simply told them half and half lemonade sweet tea. They said OK I get my drink take a sip once I leave and of course it’s all sweet tea. Like come on now y’all literally asked me.Do better please !

If I can pinpoint a single employee to embody and define the service you should be getting at Chick Fil A- it would be Mo. He took my order in the drive through and he was absolutely hilarious and super hospitable. People like him are what we need in this world!! On top of that, a crew member came around the corner as soon as I pulled off from the order section with my food. This is why I keep coming back!! Keep up the good work 😁

I'm not sure when it became a good buisness practice to employ managers or assitant managers that mock guests for their frequent buisness or food selection choices, but apparently this location feels that's their way forward. I work down the road from here, and have been coming to this place for almost a decade for breakfast a few times a week. I've been on a first name basis with some of the employees and managers in the past. Today will be my last trip. This was not the first time this has happened, but it will be the last. I'd say do better, but I no longer think this location is capable of it. In all honesty Im beginning to think the buisness itself isn't capable of it due to the type of employee you continue to hire. Good riddance.
