They didn’t even care to match my sandwich up and when I told them kept me waiting for another 8 minutes with no heads up that it’ll be that long. My son completely ate by himself and they were busy but had no sense of urgency. The manager Raevon was nice but in no way did I feel like my sandwich remake was a priority to them at all. And the sweet tea was NASTY. Unfortunately this was one of the worst chikfila experiences I’ve had, just ended up getting a refund and won’t ever eat at this one again

The nuggets that I got today were over cooked. They were as close as you could get to burnt, hard, and tasteless. This has happened numerous times here and a other Chick-fil-As around town. The lemonade was good, and the waffle fries were average. The new trend at chick-fil-A seems to be small, hard over cooked nuggets.

Kylee is always such a pleasure whenever I come to grab food on my lunch break (AT&T employee)! Sometimes I get Mac & cheese with my meal and there isn’t any ready or they’re out when I arrive and she always makes sure to let me know and accommodate me in any way she can! Kylee is an amazing asset to this CFA team always puts a smile on my face!!!

Mall food court so definitely busy atmosphere.However, food was very unsatisfactory.Got a grilled chicken sandwich which left a lingering after taste. More bread than chicken which is a bit ironic given the name of establishment.Not doing it again

I went to this Chick-fil-A yesterday (02/08/2024) for breakfast. The service was nice but the food was not. The potato rounds were burnt and the sausage scramble was thrown together. I also purchased a fruit and yogurt parfait and the granola that comes with it was out of date (picture has been inserted). I usually have a good experience at Chick-fil-A but not this time. It wasn't busy in the restaurant at all. Literally two people were in the lobby and no one in the drive thru.
