Every single time I go to this CFA my food is always ready (I usually order ahead), the employees are so sweet and the communication between everyone working is so impressive to me. These guys always do a great job and I’m impressed every visit.

I ordered chickminis meal in drive thru for a breakfast and I clearly said please add chickfila sauce but they havent add any chickfila sauce I almost drove a mile and came back and wait in drive thru again to get my sauce..Its terrible service and people head to work in mornings they need should be trained to deliver the order without missing the items...

Just went thru the dt but talk about expedited service! From taking my order til 4 min later when I got it I didnt even have time to check my messages before I got my whole order. No mistakes btw. And I was on the road again. So the only atmosphere im reay rating is my own lol.

I'm changing my five star because I used to love this location and spend a ridiculous amount of money here however over the past several months, almost every single time I order something is missing or wrong with the food. I don't expect a gourmet meal but I do expect consistency. I don't know if management changed or what but this location will be getting less of my hard-earned dollars moving forward. My fries are either undercooked or or cook just right with three or four big fries and a bunch of little tiny crumbs at the bottom. The grilled nuggets and the kids meal are soggy. My daughter is dairy free and that's one of the few things she can actually eat at your restaurant.
