This used to be one of the better locations, but the last few months it’s completely changed. Must be new management. Don’t go through the drive thru unless you have time because you’ll wait…and wait….and wait. Most staff is still very nice but a few have a bit of an attitude. They frequently get the order wrong too lately.

Why is the line always take over 15mins day or night!? How is this fast food? They also give out old/cold FOOD!? The management always look like they got an attitude. This is the worst Chick-fil-A location... make it a Cookout or something!

I don’t normally leave reviews, however, frequent, recent order mess ups have left me frustrated. Over the past couple of months, any order out of this Chick Fil A has been incorrect. Whether that was a missed dressing or incorrect menu item all together, something has been wrong. I have never had a bad experience with Chick Fil A, especially this particular store, until recently.

I was extremely disappointed during my recent visit to this Chick-fil-A at 877 Lynnhaven Pkwy. I witnessed an upsetting situation that left a bad impression.
An employee named George yelled at a toddler and his mother for simply smelling the flowers inside the restaurant. The child and mother weren’t disturbing anyone or causing any harm, yet George’s reaction was harsh and 100% uncalled for. It was uncomfortable to witness, especially in a place known for being family-friendly.
This is not the kind of behavior I expect from Chick-fil-A staff, and I hope management takes action to ensure that employees maintain the courteous and welcoming attitude the company prides itself on. No one in the establishment stepped in to help this mother and child. I intend to frequent other locations from now on.

If you go through the drive thru CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU MOVE FROM THE WINDOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are notorious from leaving items out. You have to drive back to the store for a refund which is wildly bad customer service. I hate leaving a review like this but when it happens multiple times you get mad..... the food is good though, the drive thru is complete and utter disarray. They want you to order with no menu as well which is very presumptive. I will be going elsewhere from this point forward out of principle. You owe me about 15 large fries and 2 spicy chicken deluxe meals at this point, I won't be giving away anymore money for nothing at this location ever again!

They do their best to get through the drive through queue quicky, but it took over 30 mins to place our order and get our food. We did go just before 6pm, probably one of their busiest times of day.
Vegetarian options: Not really, it's called Chick-fil-A for a reason.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. There is a playground in the restaurant.

It's not just you. I get that they changed all of the locations fries. But please for us true loyalists change back to the old fry prepping method, the new ones aren't the same.
The young girl in the drive thru, shoved my food in my hand and began to stare me down after. I will not return. Customer service has definitely dropped at this location. Not to mention my food was cold.

What a splendid experience! The best dining experience I have ever had in all my life. I was personally greeted by staff members upon my arrival. I was treated like a king. I was treated like royalty. I might be a regular person, but while I was in that restaurant I felt like I resided in the Royal Palace in England itself. Except for the fact that the food I received was so much better then whatever dish the finest chefs in the royal palace could possibly conceive. It was my understanding that Chick fil a prides themselves on customer service, and I became sure of that today. The food was indeed delightful. My meal was splendid! and the experience was fantastic as well. As soon as I bit into that crispy chicken tender, a teardrop fell from my eye. It was unlike anything I had every tried before, and unlike anything I will every try again (unless of course I happen to stop by the Chick-Fil-A 877 Parkway Plaza location once again, which I am sure I will.) It was a great experience. After I left the restaurant, I called my whole family to tell them of this marvelous time I had at Chick-Fil-a. Even my family on the west coast is flying over as I type this review to try it for themselves. I am certain they will not be disappointed. If you are hungry, I would highly recommend this location, you will NOT be disappointed. Shoutout to all the workers front of house and back of house yall do a good job fr.

9/14/24, 545pm Curbside pickup they forgot an item, went in(which I shouldn't have to do) and the girl bagging the food starts cussing saying she didn't forget it, very unprofessional, this chick FIL a is the closest to my house but I will no longer go to it. $70 on an order and they can't even get it right and then have the nerve to cuss and blame it on the customer
