It was a wonderful experience overall, the customer service was very kind to me and my friends, and when they forgot our milkshakes, they offered to let us have it for free due to the inconvenience. The wait time was decent for about 15-20 minutes due to our large order. Got mostly everything right. I would recommend it.š

This Chick-fil-A location is generally a pretty good experience. I pick up DoorDash orders there frequently and while many of the employees will walk past me and not even ask what order I'm picking up, there is one employee, Gabriella, who always comes up to me promptly with a smile and asks who I'm picking up for and I really appreciate that.

yāall listen.. iāve only ever worked for chick-fil-a. i know how it should run and this place sucks š go a little further down to general booth and get ur chick there. TRUSTT
anyways here what happened- we ordered two meals LARGE during breakfast. one was a bacon bowl no egg. we get our food and hereās whatās wrong 1. none of the sauces we asked for are in the bag 2. straws arenāt in there either 3. drinks are medium 4. the bacon bowl was given to us as chicken no egg ā¦ but get this .. with a small piece of sausage in there as well. FOUR THINGS WRONG BRO. the sticker was correct tho, the ticket on the bag correct blah blah blah. anyways now WE have to GO BACK to that SAME LOCATION within two weeks to get it the way we paid for anyways the first time. make that make sense.
so basically in conclusion .. these workers are brain dead. u look at them and u can just tell thereās no brain function. pull the plug

This location unfortunately has gone down hill in recent weeks. Maybe they are too busy & keep up, wait 20 minutes in line , get ro window, your ushered to park on other side of building, then forgot about. 40 minutes for a chicken sando is crazy.

I would not recommend this location. Driving a few miles to another location is well worth the drive. The overall experience is terrible. There is always one chicken in the order that is undercooked/chewy. I have had this issue with every single order - they don't care to read the order receipt because condiments are never added. Management is rude and extremely unhelpful, they act as if guest are a bother. My advice is to save your money and cook at home.

Chick fil A rarely disappoints me, but today was terrible! I ordered a chicken biscuit w/cheese combo. I was given a biscuit that had been sitting around for some time and was dried out! To top it off, they threw the cheese on at the last second, and because the chicken was so cold, the cheese wasn't even melted by the time I drove home. This is what businesses have come to! Prices going UP and food quality going DOWN! CFA, I'm very dissatisfied!

The entire staff is very kind and friendly. There is a girl who takes orders at the drive thru called Aaliyah who is extremely sweet and special with us! Congratulations to the team for the excellent work!
Chick fil a is absolutely delicious ?. The service is okay as any fast food restaurants sometimes there are errors, but this is my favorite fast food restaurant overall. They made such a smart decision when they started selling their sauces in stores!
