I placed an order on the app and the team forgot several items, making me get out of my car, having them correct my order while failing to read to customized items I had on my order. There is always something going wrong or missing with this Chick-fil-A. I am very disappointed, maybe the team needs to revisit attention to detail because there is never any luck with my order at this Chick-fil-A only. SAD!

I hate when they pull you to the side while the line behind you keeps moving you should serve people in order and not move people over just to beat a stupid clock.

Today my daughter and I went to chick fil. A and we were there for breakfast. We got there about 6 minutes till before lunch. Started and Kimberly, the manager was very rude. She told us we have 6 minutes for breakfast and as we order breakfast and we dined in, we sat there. Waiting 20 minutes before our food came out to us. I went up to the desk and I asked for a manager. Kimberly was the manager and I said we have been waiting over 20 minutes for our food and she says oh, where does short staff which they weren't? I go to that Chick-fil-A quite often and there was everybody working and as all you know, Chick-fil-A is always fully staffed. She was very rude. She did not apologize I also told her that everybody that came after us. Has already gotten their food. And we were still waiting again over 20 minutes. She did not even attempt to say sorry or anything and I find this very unprofessional of Kimberly and I Really Wish that Her manager will have a Talk to with Her. Because she was very rude and we had my granddaughter.So this whole time she knew we had a child with us, but still did not bring our food to us for over 20 minutes and they were not even busy.at
that location . It was 10:24 when we arrived.

went through the drive through. the girl ivy-maria told me i couldn’t scan my app i was confused. i asked why she ignored me she told me to drive up. got to the window checked my bag. frys were HOT which was good. nuggets were cold. (had 4 orders) they forgot my lemons, cheese sauce and buffalo. i asked for fruit punch. got lemonade instead. asked for coke. they gave me diet. the girl who answered the phone isabell was rude ! i for professional and unkind. she stared me down in the drive through as if i was a menace

The community really messes up the Chick-fil-A service and motto. Not comfortable at the Virginia Beach location. Cars cannot drive in there lot also a lot of chaos and traffic

Will not recommend drive through on this location. Today, I decided to surprise my kid on his last day of school with Chick-fil-A meal (would have rather lunch menu, but they were only serving breakfast). Ordered two CFA biscuits, hash browns, 1 lemonade and apple juice with hash brown. I get to my kids school only to find out they gave someone else order of 1 egg/cheese sandwich with two water. I should've check my order by was on a time crunch and I trusted them. So, I ate with my eyes while my kid ate food he did not like. I spoke with Kim (manager) on the phone and was told to go in the store to claim my original order. I drove back to the store expecting my order only to be told they no longer serve breakfast, which is understandable and that the credit will be in the system for a month. My frustration was, I chose CHICK-FIL-A over any other competitors specifically for their service and quality of food and do not mind paying extra. However, today I was utterly disappointed at this location. Employees should ensure customers are getting the correct order. Ask them or repeat what they ordered (only ask me for my name). This all could've been avoided if only the employees coordinate and payed more attention instead of rushing everyone to get through the line. So I requested to have my items refunded and will not to to this location again. I said to the manager and general manager, I can make money and I buy food, but I can't take back time. Time and gas wasted and disappointment.
