I’m giving this place 1 star due to the poor treatment of their staff. During an intense heat wave, I saw young employees standing outside in black pants, visibly sweating and clearly struggling with the extreme temperatures while taking orders. It was uncomfortable to witness, and honestly, quite upsetting. There has to be a better, safer way to manage this.

Pulling up to the drivethrough, I was in such torment over what I should order. Thankfully, DEAN was there to help!! Dean helped me on my big back journey and for that I am forever grateful! I LOVE DEAN!!!! 🤗

It is absolutely absurd that driving through the drive-thru nobody else is in line but they still have you pull forward or park in a parking space and the person who then comes up behind you after you've been waiting for some time gets their food and leaves before you do. All this to save some stupid time on some stupid timer that absolutely means nothing because your timer's a lie and you didn't really serve us in the 30 seconds you pulled this forward. It's been about 7 minutes now and the car in front of me has been waiting and I've been waiting while the two cars that have come in after us have both been served and left. I expect better from Chick-fil-A

I have always eaten here and ordered gluten-free fries and gluten-free grilled chicken nuggets. However this time I was informed there is no way they can guarantee that it is gluten free so I probably shouldn't have ever eaten here in the first place.

I’ve always loved Chick-fil-A for its customer service and attention to detail, which is why I was surprised and disappointed by my experience at this location.
I’ve visited many Chick-fil-A locations that happily offer a small pup cup for dogs, even if it’s just whipped cream in a cup, and I’ve always been glad to pay a small fee for it. When I asked at this location, I was told they don’t offer them at all, and the tone was surprisingly dismissive. I even offered to pay, but was told no.
It caught me off guard enough that I told them I would just go to another location instead. While I appreciate that the manager stepped in and had me charged $1 for a miscellaneous item so my food wouldn’t go to waste, it didn’t feel like the warm, welcoming Chick-fil-A I’ve come to expect.
To make matters worse, the drink I ordered was rung in incorrectly, possibly intentionally, as I was clearly upset at the time. The receipt doesn’t give me an option for a survey either.
I hope this location reconsiders its approach, especially since so many customers come here not just for the food, but for the sense of kindness and care that Chick-fil-A is known for.
