I came here on December 20th during their Christmas event with Santa cow. We came in when all the presents were gone, and was immediately greeted by staff and gave my kids one. Later, my daughter dropped her nuggets on the floor and was disappointed. This wonderful staff noticed it and brought me over new nuggets for her. I am so thankful for that, as I couldn’t afford to buy her more. Everyone is so kind. Thank you!!

Second week of December and they’re handing over peppermint chip milkshakes without the chocolate chips! All I got was a cup of peppermint ice cream….total let down and no heads up when ordering if they were out of chips. $5 is too much to waste on a milkshake if it’s not even made as it should be. Booo 👎🏻👎🏻

This CFA is busy but fast, chaotic but has excellent customer service. The play area os clean as a whistle. Run like a well-oiled machine. My favorite CFA.
CHIK fil A. You Guys do have awesome chickhen sandwiches & a variety of sauces to compliment them 2. But I hate to do this to yall. I still have nightmares from time to time from this incident... Years back, I ordered a #1 combo w/large sweetened tea curled fries. Yes, I used to love THIER tea. Long story shortend, and shortly demolishing that # 1 combo. I topped off that meal for a quench off my USED to be favorite thirst quencher Sweetend &brimmed with ice. As I zlurped down, I felt something slightly odd in my mouth. With a side tilt from my head. I slowly spat out the contents from my mouth to see dark gelatinous & moldly substance being spewd out off my mouth. I would of reacted differently now, but silently I came around to see the manager and told him kindly to please check the tea dispenser. SINCE, I have not stepped in another chikfila. SAVE CHICKHENS! ;(

Normally Chick fil A gets 5 stars from me and everyone makes mistakes but some mistakes are from the devil being in the details. We visited this store while my daughter was recovering from surgery so we sat and ordered from the table. Our food didn't come out. Others ordered after us got their food before us. The App said a member would be out with our food. Still nothing. My daughter, who normally doesn't want me to say anything because I'm a hot head, stated I should say something. I did politely. Come to find out my food was on the pickup shelf. Mind you sandwiches are wrapped with a sticker that says dine in which means it should have been trayed instead of bagged. Then the sticker on the bag says dine in. A reasonable person should have caught this. The drive thru was busy but not the dining room. Then the workers give me an attitude when they made the mistake?
