Every time I go here it always lacks in the customer service that every other chikfila has. The food is the same and taste the same however when the customer service lacks it's missing that touch. It my pleasure not have a good one ?

As always great food. This past week with the kids busy schedule we went twice this week and on both occasions we asked for sauce . Well guess what was NOT in the bag? Noticed the last few times we visited there all is great except the placing of the sauce in the bag.

Absurdly nice Chick-fil-A. Weirdly upscale interior. I get the modern vibe; but don’t take yourselves too seriously. This is still fast food. Not a complaint, just hoping cfa sticks to what we already know and love and doesn’t try to become too trendy.\ Fast, friendly service and delicious as always.

Quick que. Less than a minute or so you are already served and rolling. You better not miss rolling through this joint. Got some hot, ready and yummy meals. You are the limit. Better hurry and grub that spicy deluxe??

Extremely fast service, however we are not from this area so we were new to the set up. We felt the people were kind of annoyed with us not knowing what we were doing and having to ask for a menu. Fast, but not the friendliest. Most delicious chicken we have ever had!

Best fast food franchise in Town Center. Staff considerate and friendly. They hold the door open for you coming and going. Clean and organized facility and expedite your order swiftly. I recommend this place.

I didn't know the kids meals don't come with a "toy" anymore. Second time at this location and no "toy" in the kids meals. Also didn't get my receipt yet the Two cars in front of me did and so did the two cars behind me. Very disappointed in the service the last few times at this location.

I love love love the customer service and the food... I usually go to north Hampton Blvd location and use my handy dandy app. Today was the first time I had issues using it. I tried to place my order multiple times but it wouldn't allow me to finalize my order. Very odd. I mentioned it to staff. They apologized but that saint solve the problem. †all in all this location is good but usually jam packed. The Hampton Blvd location is newer and customer service is ALWAYS exceeding my expectations

I've had to wait twenty plus minutes inside the restaurant after putting in a mobile order. I was ignored by a staff member as she decided to attend to other people that came after me instead. They haven't correctly made my parfait twice (no granola or crumbles anywhere), and I end up wasting so much time for half of what I'm asking for.

Location is horrible and parking lot is trash, who the hell would put a chickfila there its packed so tight its always packed to the road. They are always forgetting stuff when you get your food this is the second review i've made about this store and I've had multiple bad experiences yet I keep going back because its close. no more i'm fed up
