Chick-fil-A

It was horrible. I don’t feel like the women who took our order was listening and it messed it up. I ordered a grilled and my husband ordered and regular (both the new BBQ) and we got two grilled. He doesn’t like grilled.

I ordered the original chicken sandwich the lady repeated it back to me but somehow rung it up as a grilled chicken sandwich instead. Now I’m stuck with food I do not want and no way to get back to change it out. I tried to call the store and the phone just kept ringing until it hung up so I couldn’t even complain. The lady taking orders clearly did not know what she was doing and was overwhelmed with how many people were in line. If someone answered my call I probably wouldn’t be so mad but now I will make sure I never go back to this location again. There are other chick fil As.

Hispanic lady at drive thru was rude. Definitely not coming back to this location. I would rather drive out of my way to get food.

I go to Chick-fil-A nearly every day for family members. I get an ice cream cone they're very very good are creamy they don't use the ice milk stuff I don't believe. law-enforcement is right around the corner and they love Chick-fil-A. Was it the drive-through so I did not go in but I know that they have a playground they have a lot of seating and they always are friendly and smiling! I order from the Chick-fil-A app and cruise right through the ordering process

I ordered dinner tonight for delivery, and we did not receive all of the items we ordered. When I went to see options for contacting the store through the app, an error message occured saying something was wrong with my order. After further searching, the app only had a help button connected to the order. This leads to a phone number for Doordash. It is disappointing that there is no way to fix this immediately with the store itself. Seeing that the dasher took a good photo of the food where it was placed and the bag was sealed upon arrival, it is apparent that Chick-fil-A failed to delivery what I ordered. Not worth the price and shady for them to put everything on the third party delivery service.

It was so bad, I want to give you a zero, but I can’t do that, so I give you a one. They didn’t give us sauce. The chicken strips were smaller than the length of my finger. I ordered a milkshake and instead got a watered down Coke Zero and unsweetened tea. Not accommodated, not happy, still hangry.

The food is solid but they seem to have cut down on the size of the chicken breast in the sandwiches. What you expect otherwise.
