Honestly probably the worst Chick-fil-A in the area. They have messed up my order multiple times resulting in overcharges to me. They will 9 times out of 10 leave your fry box half empty as of late. It’s still Chick-fil-A so decent quality but this one is probably the worst around vb&norfolk area
My door dash lady didn’t bring all my food. When I showed up they knew my bag had been left, gave me my food, and some cookies for my kids. They were so nice and sweet and it sucks that door dash had to take away from that! I appreciate the manager that was there so much for her help!!!

I try to avoid this store and go to others in VB but it’s the closest to work. Compared to others it is very understaffed which contributes to how slow the service is and not up to par with other stores like Salem crossing. You’d think for probably the busiest in the city it’d be the most staffed. Also whoever designed the parking lot get your money back from them.

Had their spicy chicken sandwich the first time.It was truly Delicious.I will eat this again.
I'm not sure what has changed with this location but it is noticeable. I went to grab a cookies and cream milkshake..my fav..charged full price..get to the window..no whipcream...they say they are out but will give me a cherry...Gave this location a second try..got my milkshake but waiting a very long time to get it..I'll just go to a different location where they are upholding the chic fila standard.

If I could give this chick fil 0 stars I would. I ordered and asked for a cup of ice when opening the cup I saw black specks. Upon further investigation I saw a gnat in my cup. Disgusting ?!
