I came to this location because of the reviews. I’m glad I did. The service was top notch and the food was amazing! It is so hard to find good service nowadays. Sandy and Sarah were amazing! They were very attentive. I live Chesapeake and there are other Chilis closer to me. I will drive the 30 minutes to this location every time. Thank you again! You are very much appreciated!

This place is the BEST, the employees are the BEST, food, drinks are awesome. We have been coming here for yrs and they make you feel like family. Nick has left, sad but Jacklyn is so sweet and kind, caring, hard working lady ❤️. They all want you to enjoy yourself and we feel special and want to say Thank You for everything 😊. Sat at the bar area booth and our server was the bartender and he was very attentive and pleasant to talk with. Would recommend Chili's and sit in this area to anyone.

I usually do curbside pickup but decided to dine in on a weekday. I'm so glad we did! The food and service was AWESOME! Nice cozy friendly atmosphere. Great service and delicious food and beverages. Will always choose this location!

Pretty busy for this particular Chili's and I think that played a role in the service we received. A few things were missed on our order but the server took it off the bill when we alerted her and things like drink refills happened very infrequently. But, the food was probably the best we have ever had at that location.
Went to the Chili's nearby after shopping and it was great, the food, the waitstaff and the atmosphere!
