Had the nachos. Made with like a hot dog chili. No meat. I expected a plate of chips, meat, lettuce, tomato and sour cream. But served about a dozen premade chips with toppings. Had to return it.Wife had a burger. Nothing special. Greasy bun.Will not visit again.

So we went there to celebrate our son's accomplishments from his report card. And don't give me wrong. Customer service was nice, but she could have been more up front with us. Because when we ordered food which was pretty good. I ordered some sauce did not know. I was being charged extra for sauces. That's never happened to me going to this establishment. Then she charged me for the chips and nachos. When I didn't ask for that I just said. Let me check to see if I had it free in my app. So she did not understand the assignment. She apologized and I said never said. Well, let me see what I could do to reimburse you. None of that that's horrible So I'm telling everyone before you order.Anything ask them, are you charging me extra for sauces?That's ridiculous.I'm very disappointed to a place that I normally go and I've been going for years.Please do better

Our server was the best!! (I unfortunately can't remember her name.)The portion of the meal has gotten smaller and the price has gone up, but the food was good and I guess that's par for the course now days.
My kids wanted to go to here, and it had been a while since I had been. Kids had burger and chicken fingers, of course. They loved the chips and salsa.I had the loaded baked potatoe soup, Nashville hot chicken fingers and it was a surprise as how good it was.Services was good as well. We went closer to 1:30pm so the lunch crowd was pretty much over.
Good all around. My order came out messed up but waitress was friendly and quick to correct the problem. Nothing more nothing

Always loved their rich creamy potato soup over the past years , tonight however I was served a watery liquid with a few small potato pieces. Both our burgers were ordered pink but arrived well done and covered in oil/fat - guess it was the highest fat content mince . Didn’t complain to waitress who was great with service , here is some advice if you are interested , we understand everything’s gotten more expensive, instead of dropping in quality rather increase the prices and have 3 for $12 or whatever , but don’t sacrifice quality please.

I go to Chili's fairly often for a beer and the Triple Dipper appetizer. If you like chicken tenders, this is the place for you. They are the tastiest, most juicy chicken tenders I've had.
