My family and I just had lunch here about 20 minutes ago and we were extremely disappointed with our service. Our waitress was cortnee and she was extremely rude to my brother specifically. While she was taking our drink orders he said what he wanted multiple times while she ignored him each time until she ran out of people and he was the last one to go. While she was taking our food orders she got to him and he said he wanted
the 5 piece chicken tender meal, then she said “what?” like he was speaking gibberish, then he pointed to it on the menu to show her and he said “this right here” she proceeded to say “ what is this i don’t know what this is” as if he was a child in the most condescending way. Catching him off guard he stuttered telling her what he wanted for the 3rd time and she irritatedly said “OKAY” then asking him about sauces and sides like he was an absolute burden. we will not be returning to this location again. From one waitress to another have a little bit of patience and fix your attitude girl

I stopped to n to eat at the bar, the place was very busy, good to see that. I sat at the bar and got the 3 for deal. Salad, burger, and tea for 10.99. the whole thing with tip was 14 and change. The burger was tasty, I was very happy with the service and food. I got the food fast also👍, so that was a bonus. The paragraph below was from a while ago.

The bartender was awesome. Had some fun with her. The 9 buck lunch meal was nice. The bloody Mary was spicy but manageable. The place was not that packed. I will be back.

No cheese pull super cold food

I just went to the restaurant and the waitress was disrespectful to me. I just asked if she could call someone to bring me something I was missing from my order. I complained to the manager, and they did nothing.

Just bad staff. Don’t waste your time or your money

Ordered online for pick up. Crowded, darkly lit parking lot without any indication of where the to go pick up area is. You literally have to drive around building to find it. A certain customization wasn't available online that host was able to add. Ordered a strawberry lemonade and watermelon lemonade no markings to say which is which. I had to taste both drinks. 2 meals 1 silverware pack. Added bacon to sandwich but it didn't come on sandwich. No napkins. Mayo only added to one side of the bun. You can tell this was rushed but what do you do?!

Ordering for delivery through doordash is a nightmare. This particular chili's more often than not will forget a third of your order, with absolutely no consequences. If you want exactly what you order I would recommend another store
