Chili's Grill & Bar

Ordered online for pick up. Crowded, darkly lit parking lot without any indication of where the to go pick up area is. You literally have to drive around building to find it. A certain customization wasn't available online that host was able to add. Ordered a strawberry lemonade and watermelon lemonade no markings to say which is which. I had to taste both drinks. 2 meals 1 silverware pack. Added bacon to sandwich but it didn't come on sandwich. No napkins. Mayo only added to one side of the bun. You can tell this was rushed but what do you do?!

Ordering for delivery through doordash is a nightmare. This particular chili's more often than not will forget a third of your order, with absolutely no consequences. If you want exactly what you order I would recommend another store

The service of the whole night was awful. My meal was wrong twice in a row, the margaritas my friends ordered showed up after they finished their meals, our silverware was dirty, we didn't have a consistent server and it felt like we just weren't cared for at all. It's was my friends birthday and she was so excited and we ended up incredibly disappointed in every aspect of this restaurant. Honestly don't recommend at all. The lack of care, respect, decentcy, cleanliness and just mindfulness overall made me not want to return.

Omg!!!! So so so so GOOD!!!!! EVERYTHIN WE ORDERED WAS AWESOME.... THE DRINKS WERE STRONG AND THE FOOD WAS TASTY!!!! THAT STREET CORN!!!! BABY LOOK!!!!

It's a chilis, it's not great, not amazing, but their prices are pretty fair if you want a decent meal. I got the appetizer wings and my husband got one of the burgers for dinner and they were pretty good. Service was fine. This place gets packed on Fridays, so if you want to go, pick a different weekday. Just don't go in with high expectations that this is going to be the best meal you've ever had.

My go to on the go quick service i love the soup

Worst service I have ever received. Sat at the bar for 20 minutes before anyone came over to see what I wanted. The drink took another 10 min. I ordered another margarita and it took 15 more minutes. She was rude as well.

Arrived at Chilis on Sunday evening. Place was packed waited about ten minutes. After being seated. We where meet by our server Lindsey. It was my wife, daughter, father in law and myself. We all were treated with excellence. The food was cooked to perfection. And our server didn't miss a beat. We will definitely be coming back here soon!
