BEWARE of this OVER CHARGING! How much is prepared food tax? This place is totally over charging! And a lot of us are not paying attention & just paying what the lady says. For example, menu price for quart of hot n sour soup is advertised as $5.75 but I was charged $7.75 claiming it is for taxes. Food tax is 12% + 6% for prepared food. This take out restaurant charged me approx 35% on $5.75 qt of soup. This is sneaky & they don’t give you an itemized receipt either. How long have they been doing this to customers?! I will NOT be going here for take out anymore.

RE: Your menus do NOT reflect your new prices then. Again, advertised menu price said $5.75. And you charged me some other price that now you are saying is your new price. Sneaky & shady business practices.

I’ve loved this place for a long time, but what I witnessed today was completely unacceptable. While picking up my order, I saw the cook wipe his face multiple times and then immediately handle the food with his bare hands—the same hands he wiped his face with. No gloves, no handwashing.

This is a major health and sanitation concern. I left feeling disgusted and extremely disappointed. I will not be eating here again, and I strongly urge others to think twice before doing so.

DEBIT CARD/ CC THEIF! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I placed an online order using my debit card to pay for my food. Weeks later, I discovered unauthorized transactions made using my debit card information! I have filed FTC, and will also file a police report and BBB.

They will compromise your email, home address, phone number, and card information and ship expensive products to people out of state. You have been warned. Thank you.

They are selling your information!

I have reason to believe that my debit card has been compromised many times when ordering delivery from their website.

The foods here have been quite decent 👌 We've initially tried this place around early 2019, and they have not failed since. My family and I are quite picky when it comes to outside foods, but Monarch whether it may be slammed or slow, they maintain to deliver yummy foods 👍 Always piping hot, never salty, fresh and veggies are never soggy. Moved away, but it doesn't stop us from visiting as often as we can.That's a fact 💯

Delicious. Don't expect your order in 10 minutes but it's worth the wait.

Our normal 'go to' place was closed and this place had good reviews...and well deserved. Wonton Broth 'snob' was very surprised. Hunan was perfect, Stir Fry Mixed Vegetables 😍. Portions HUGH, normally good for 2-3 their portions would be reasonable for 3-4 +side. Going back.

The food is good. The service is excellent. I gave it 4 stars simply because with the fried rice, the broccoli came in like 2" pieces wasn't chopped to close to the size of the rest. Maybe it's just me but I definitely would like them chopped up quite a bit more. I don't want to have to locate a knife to eat my Chinese. It's like pizza. We eat it in the car and never have to chop anything.

Ordered pickup, they were polite on the phone and the food was ready in a timely manner!
The portions are large and chocked full of veggies and meat. We ordered beef lo mein (which was full of beef and flavor), beef and broccoli (nice ratio of meat to veg), and kung po chicken (which actually had a spicy kick to it!).
Will definitely be coming back.

This is my go-to take out spot, it's delicious and the owners are always so friendly. It's affordably priced and they give you plenty of food. I highly recommend the Mapo tofu!

Their Singapore Noodles are Bussin Bussin, needs some work on the crab Rangoon, love this place nonetheless. We all have our flaws<3
