Went there to order food. They were charging 40$ for two meals that they charged separately. I left and went to another restaurant. I was able to get three meals three egg rolls for the same price. The guy behind the counter at China Harbor was telling me to give him a tip and he would add extra food. But, what I wanted was an extra plate for my money. This place is a rip off.
I had the sesame tofu. It was excellent. The broccoli was cooked to perfection. I would have given it 5 five stars if the rice portion wasn't so skimpy.

Didn’t give us any silverware to eat Chinese takeout, which makes no sense. And then when I called to ask him for silverware, he pretended like he didn’t speak enough English to bring silverware or understand my frustration.

Blah food. No flavor and not the right sauce for the dish. Came in containers that melted and made a mess.
Order chicken wings and rice very nasty. And it had hair in it, and the people did not have hairnets. One of the cooks had its hair all out. The other one that's had a beanie hat on. If there were the way to get a zero stars, that's what I would have gave them. When I confirmed them that they were supposed to be wearing hair nets or something to protect their hair. They said they're allowed to wear beanie hats

Firstly, I must say that the gentleman that took our order via phone was EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, and patient, which isn’t an experience I’m use to when ordering takeout, which was a pleasant and appreciated experience. Now that we’ve gotten that out of the way, we ordered $40 worth of food via lunch special this afternoon; the general tso chicken seemed as if it wasn’t the usual tempura battered chicken, but simply chunks of old, dried, fried pieces of chicken breast that was cut up, and drenched in sauce. 😬 The chicken lo mein seemed to be chunks of chicken thats sold in a can, along with lo mein noodles that were dry as the Sahara. Not a lick of sauce, what.so.ever! We also ordered four of the Philly cheese steak egg rolls, which were in fact lil small spring rolls, barely bigger than my pinky finger, for $2.00 a pop. (Eight whole dollars literally down the drain for those baby things. 😔 ) The fried rice that came with each meal was dry/gummy, and seems to have been cooked two or three days even, ago. My husband did however enjoy his Mongolian Beef, which was camouflaged with a lot of onions, but a fair enough amount of beef, being that it was a lunch special item. Overall, I wouldn’t waste my money, better yet, my time in exchange for the disappointment, especially if you’re hungry! 😔

Drenched in sauce so if your not into that, order it on the side!
