We have been ordering from this restaurant for several years and we have had no issues that I can recall. This time, they forgot to send a combo dinner that was ordered. When we called, we were told a manager would have to call us back. We waited 30 minutes with no call. We called back and was told the same thing. No apology or solution. Literally as soon as we hung up, the delivery guy was at the door. Inside the bag were containers and food portions much smaller than ordered or previously delivered. I didn't bother to call back as I didn't get anywhere the first time. They have lost a customer.

Order for delivery. Entire order was wrong to include food allergy that was noted on order. When I called they told me a manager would call and didn’t offer to fix the problem. Refund or make a new order. Then hung up. When I called back I got an answering machine and then someone who only knew how to say hello, then answering machine again. It’s clear that you dont get what you ordered and they don’t care as long as they got your money.

We ordered what they advertised as pancit (chow mei fun) on their website, and first they gave us fried rice. Then, we went back to get it corrected, and they gave us chow mein. When we tried to say no a second time, the man there said we ordered incorrectly, and that if we wanted pancit noodles we had to order chow mein and not chow mei fun. We have always ordered chow mei fun and never had a problem before tonight/ always gotten pancit.
We also got boneless spare ribs, and the portion size was smaller than normal while the ribs themselves were dried out. We ordered fried dumplings and got steamed dumplings. The sesame chicken was so overcooked it was inedible (including the fried rice with it.) They made us return the extra fried rice originally given to us, so we weren't even compensated for their incompetence.
The general tsos chicken was alright.

I’ve been getting food from this restaurant for four years consistently. It’s hit or miss if my food is going to be cook per my request. But it’s still edible. That changed recently my last three orders my food was not good.
I don’t know if they got a new cook. But they need an another one. The first order nasty order was General Tso's chicken. The chicken was cook to long and the sauce tasted weird. But my other food was okay. So I just didnt order it the second time.
The second order chicken wings and fries were over cook. The shrimp egg rolls were extremely oily. Threw those away. I reluctantly order this last time. Because as I stated before, I’ve been ordering food from them for four years and I’ve never had this bad of an experience.
This last time it wasn’t even edible. I ordered wings and fries. Wings were fine, fries were over cooked. Shrimp lo mein noodles were soggy and the shrimp were overcooked it was disgusting. I have one bite and tried to take the next bite. But I just couldn’t do it. I called the restaurant and spoke with two different managers, one female and one male who heard my concerns and say they will call me right back. It’s been six hours and I have not heard back from either one.
The last phone call I made. I let them know that they were about to close and I still have not heard from anyone and reference to my food being disgusting, I still have the food because the first manager let me know that they need the food, but they did not resolve my issue. Go to another restaurant.
They don’t care about the quality of food or their customers and doesn’t matter if you a long-term customer or not, I would never order anything from this restaurant ever again good riddance

I've been ordering their egg rolls and pork fried rice for over a decade now. China Inn is my favorite Chinese takeout spot in the 757.

When I got my order they forgot my drink. I called them and they said they will bring it back. I never seen them called again they said they brought it back and I tipped him 12.00. That was the first time he came to my house. They never came back by and claimed they did. Then asked me to come and get it after I tipped him 12.00 I only live 1 mile away if that. Horrible service they lost a long time customer. I will be ordering china east from here out better food and service.

Don’t know why this place gets bad reviews? Food is good and the staff are nice.
Don’t nobody see the roach on the plate but me?
Absolutely horrible food!! Bean Curd Szechuan is NOT, but just old rubbery fried cubes disguised in sauce! And, General Tso Tofu is the same disgusting tofu covered in sauce!! NOT cooked according to recipes! Avoid this place!!! Rating minus 1 for everything!!

Absolutely love this place, I live about 12 blocks away and when I order I wait 1-2 minutes and when I get there it is always just done and so hot and delicious by the time I get home. I have not found an item that I don't like from there so far. My family loves their lo-mein and sweet and sour chicken. Their egg rolls are amazing too!
Great food and quick delivery!

The food is good depending on who is doing the cooking.Ordered Egg foo Yong for delivery yesterday and I received a burned up dish Freddy Kruger must have prepared in the boiler room of his basement. Please refer to photo below….Not edible had to throw in the trash.
I had previously only gotten delivery, which is always superb. There is nothing wrong with the "atmosphere" of their dine-in area, but there is also nothing special about it. They clearly decided to focus instead on great food and excellent service, and I love them for it.I mean, I have been a loyal customer for years and this was the first time that I didn't get delivery as I happened to be passing by and only had a small order. They do have tables for dine in, but I think most of their customers get take out or have it delivered.
