Chipotle Mexican Grill

Purchased a bowl today at location today and was served by a short skinny African American girl. It seemed as if she did not want to be there today. I got the new Chipotle Honey Bowl. The portion size was just awful by her. The amount of chicken I received looked like a diet size portion. I then asked for extra chicken that I was paying for an it just looked like the regular amount that I was missing from my first portion. She was scrapping the button of the fajita peppers and i literally had received like 8-10 pieces. I’ve been coming to this location for years as I live on Laskin Rd and this location has went down drastically. Chipotle really needs to address their portions and that young lady customer skills needs to be addressed. Spent $19+ on a bowl and lemonade

I honestly feel bad for the workers but they were an hour behind on mobile order and ran out of bowls!!

Hectic. Staff could care less about getting orders straight. Food was mediocre at best . I've only eaten at Chipotle one time before (Wards Corner Norfolk Virginia) which was top notch in all regards. Hilltop Virginia Beach store would get a three.

6 food delivery people waiting on orders at same time. The two girls working the side prep counter for those type of orders looked flustered. Orders came out slowly.

I love this place and Justice was very helpful and very friendly.

Literally the friendliest chipotle employees I’ve ever come across. Always smiling and very professional. Not to mention the store is always very clean unlike many others I’ve been to.

This place rectified an order they didn’t even get wrong. The order below was done by the location at the mall. They were seriously so kind and sweet about this that I forgot I was even upset.

The below was supposed to be two tacos and a burrito bowl that the N Mall location completely got wrong. NOTHING was right. I ordered through door dash.

This was my first time to this location. I always order the same thing with the same toppings. I drove a few miles home and as soon as I opened the foil I could smell the raw onions and looked and they had added pico which I never get.
I drove back there and explained that they had added that and it wasn't what I ordered. Instead of immediately remaking my order. He told me I could get in line and reorder. I explained to him I had already waited in the line and didn't feel I should have to wait again since THEY messed my order up. He acted like that was my only choice so I told him to just refund my $$.
When I came here to leave this review I noticed the very low rating for this location and I see exactly why.
I will never return to this location.

I came in and ordered two bowls & 1 chips/queso. I was charged $27 which was no problem if that price included all the items. However, the cashier realized she only rang up one bowl + the chips/queso. I was apparently charged double brisket when I only ordered 1 brisket with cheese & queso. When I said I never said double brisket they said “well that’s what we heard” if a manager can contact me to make this right that would be great. Not happy with the staff & their attitude this afternoon. Instead of trying to correct my order or come to a resolution it was just an oh well attitude.
