Service is top 3 worst chipotles I’ve ever been to.
They are a 3 star for a reason.

Service was slow and we felt like the guy behind counter did not want to be there. Food was good. Tables were all unclean.

I purchase an order online and my portion size was horrible. The bowl wasn’t even all the way full or even looked liked they cared enough to fill the bowl.

The two ladies who were serving food were extremely rude to their customers. They told the person in front me to order the food online. They prepare such item online. The person has go out to order online. They told the other customer to leave. They were such rude and dirty to serve food on such good and healthy fast food restaurant.
They are the rudest and the worst human beings I have come across in my life.

I have went to this place last week and ordered two Steak Bowls. They were salty and it was okay. However, this week I ordered the same thing to give them a second try. The Steak Bowl was even saltier this time that I had to drink so much coke and water to drown out the saltiness. I couldn’t eat the rest of my Steak Bowl because of the saltiness. I don’t know if the cook had changed, but the saltiness has gotten out of hand. Before, there wasn’t that much salt and the Steak Bowl was one of my favorite orders. Most of the items were salty anyway, but they need to put less salt. The service is good, but the cook needs to practice and train more. Please fix this!

I did a pickup order and what I received was pathetic. Half the items I ordered weren’t even in the bowl. It honestly looks as if someone ate half of it before putting it in my to go bag!! Please don’t even waste your time or money with this location. There’s a reason it has 3 stars

Came to this location (laskin rd) for the first time and it was a total disappointment. I was serviced by this skinny short guy with beard and he gave such a small portion of everything. I have to ask for extra protein. The initial portion plus the extra portion of protein equals to one portion of protein I usually got from other locations. The lady who service customer before us seems to give a reasonable portion. 20 dollars for a small bowel plus a drink is a total joke. I am glad I live far from this store and I would not come back again.

I do pick up orders for work here quite frequently and add extra on the ingredients. Idk who is in charge of my orders because they deserve a raise for sure!

I wish I got the name of the girl who took my order. She was incredibly rude to me and the guest just after me in line, he agreed. She rushed me, had an exasperated and loud tone. I told her exactly what I wanted, she didn’t listen and proceeded to ask me about the options I already told her I wanted in my order. I could tell that she was frustrating her co worker as well, so I asked her co worker, “is she hard to work with?” She responded yes, emphatically.

Review for Chipotle – Excellent Manager Support

I recently had a situation at this particular Chipotle location regarding my order. I requested that my guacamole be completely filled, as it always has been during my past visits. However, the team member told me, “That’s all we can do,” which was surprising and inconsistent with the service I’ve received before. I’ve never even had to ask in the past—it was always served correctly.

When I asked for further help, the team member did not assist me further until I requested to speak with a manager.

The Manager on Duty around 2:52 PM immediately stepped in and deescalated the situation. He handled it professionally from start to finish, didn’t ask many questions, and resolved the issue quickly. After he got involved, the service turned around completely and was excellent.

Shoutout to that manager (I unfortunately forgot to get his name)—thank you again for your great customer service and professionalism. You really turned my experience around.

Chipotle, I recently returned to give this establishment another chance after not dining at any of their locations going on three years now. The establishment has NOT changed at all, the tables are still nasty from customers dining in at a high turnover rate and the staff not being able to keep up with the cleaning. Don’t get me started on the restroom conditions in which are mostly at a run down gas station condition in sanitary habits. When you approach the service line to order, you cannot help, but, notice the very noticeable disastrous mess on the counter from sloppy food slinging on a tortilla or bowl spilling on to the counter from ingredients used on your dish. The floor covered with a mess of standard amount of trash meaning if they could clean as they go it would be manageable.
These deficiencies are noticeable to me as I am a Food service Officer in the Maritime industry and I expect a clean environment for my staff to work in and a much cleaner area for our customers to enjoy their dinning experience. I noticed there were at least 7 to 8 employees on this shift and they can easily pull one to clean and maintain on a rotative basis to help improve their negligence in sanitary conditions. I will also note that not even 30 minutes of eating my meal that I soon had to go use the restroom, but, that could have been anything, DO BETTER CHIPOTLE because your great concept of business will suffer.
