Out of 2 ingredients and the employee act like everything is normal . This location need to retrained all employees .chiken is not properly cooked and the rice is sticky.

I ordered a quesadilla from here. Chicken and cheese with rice sour cream and honey dressing on the side. The staff there decided to make my order differently which is sooooo weird to me how do you mess up a simple quesadilla? They added corn and queso dip into my quesadilla when i didnt ask for any of that. Thanks for ruining my dinner chipotle on mall drive. Never stepping foot there again. Hopefully you shut down like every other store in that shopping center.

My biggest complaint with not just this location but every Chipotle I go to is they are constantly out of stuff yet they'll have some for their mobile orders but will not allow items on mobile order bar to be used for walk in customers. Most recent time there they were out of steak, guac and chips yet had bags of chips on a shelf and had those ingredients for mobile orders but wouldn't give them to paying customers walking into their establishment. That is bs. Time before that was out of steak, rice, guac and queso. Ridiculous. I use to prefer Moes over Chipotle but the quality of Moe's food has gone done so was coming to Chipotle but if this keeps happening I may just have to settle for Moe's.

Always out of more than half the ingredients. Servings consistently less than half the size of every other Chipotle. Staff is rude and unhelpful. Will not return. Better off driving to another chipotle.

Ordered food and got it delivered thru the app. I ordered 2 sides of guac and guac in one of the bowls. When we got the food the guacamole I’m not edible. It looks rotten and the color is very dark. It didn’t smell right. I can’t believe the workers would serve poor quality food to their customers it’s like they don’t care.

Unfortunately I think my last visit will be my last time ordering for chipotle. I ordered a quesadilla from the mobile app. I had to wait 15+ minutes for my order to be ready (sadly they always prioritize in house customers first) and then when it was finally done, the order was missing ingredients. I did not want to wait extra time to have it remade. To even get a refund the app makes you have to wait until a manager reviews the complaint and I have still no heard anything

Went on a slow night. Placed my mobile order 20 minutes ahead of arriving. Upon entering the store, I see 4 employees just standing around with no sense of urgency. Told it’s going to be another 10 minute wait. Employees are joking with each other and one customer in line who appears to be a friend. Pretty sure they slid him a free drink from behind the counter. Trash and discarded gloves are all over the kitchen floor. Where is management? You can do better Chipotle.

I go here for lunch everyday. Same time. And everyday a young lady with glasses hands me my order because she knows my face and it’s always correct. Any other time i go in they jack it up. Everytime. Today i paid $5 extra for extra chicken. And the only thing in the burrito is chicken. I’ll try the one up the street instead.

Used to come here all the time but after our experience the other night I don’t think we’ll be back. Ordered food to go it was later in the evening we had been moving all day apparently they ran out of rice so they didn’t make the food at all I asked why she didn’t call us and she said “ Well I didn’t know if you would answer the phone” So we get there it’s too late to really go anywhere else so we say please go ahead and make it without the rice. I’m not sure if she was mad so she purposely put extra bean juice in the bottom but it was pretty gross And I didn’t get the guacamole that I paid for. The food is decent but it’s almost never made with love. You have some pretty unhappy employees.
