My wife was supposed to pick up her order at a certain time and ended up waiting 55 minutes. That’s OK though though because we reported it to corporate and they gave us a refund. Even though she makes way more than that per hour it’s about the principal. Workers were able to chat amongst themselves during busy times with no sense of urgency to complete orders and other people were waiting for a long time too. So I encourage all of y’all when stuff like this happens on a ridiculous level ….and I don’t even leave one star reviews ….but let’s go ahead and start getting the inefficient low value workers out of these places and let some other people that wanna work get the job who understand the assignment. Sometimes it would be nice to fast-forward 10 years and see where some of these slow workers end up. Lol

The food and the service are all good but I do not recommend dining in. A lot of tables were not clean and the floors looked like it hadn’t been swept bc there was a residue of food all over the floor. Also this chipotle didn’t have flavor drinks that they usually do.

Worse chipotle in all of Virginia Beach, all scoops are half scoops if you ask for extra of anything they look at you like your crazy, the vinegarette for the salad has literally a teaspoon size in each container and if you ask for extra it’s a $1.60 for literally another teaspoon size one. All around just the worse chipotle and worse experience you can have at a chipotle. Also if you go after 8 they are probably out of rice cheese and a variety of other things.

Honestly the 2 stars are for the staff. The manager (short light skinned girl who has a bad attitude) made this the worst experience. She tried to charge me for extra sour cream. Terrible experience then tried to tell me I could not use my reward points even though I do it all the time. Terrible service she needs to be fired no way she is a manager

To start off I LOVE CHIPOTLE and I used to work at one. But for some reason everytime I come to this location the food is seriously so salty… it’s usually the guacamole that is but this time I know it wasn’t the guac because I got it separately from my bowl. But it’s to the point I don’t want to finish my food because it feels like I’m just eating a spoonful of salt. Besides that everything is okay but posting this review to hope they see it so they can go way lighter on the salt in their foods.
