Ordered from here because we work in the same shopping center. My coworker went to pick up the order as it said it would be only 15 minutes to pick up. It’s been over an hour and we still do not have our food. Employees are screaming at each other. Manager refuses to refund money. 30 people in line. One of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. Do not go to this place.

Worst experience at Chipotle ever. I walked in to be the only customer in the restaurant at 4:40 pm on a Saturday. I was immediately informed of online orders only. I placed my order on my phone while standing in the restaurant and had to pay online. 5 employees were just hanging out while one was restocking. When I tried to get my food I was informed they did not have guacamole. I asked for a refund but of course they can't give one because I paid online. I was given a number to call where I waited for an hour to speak to someone before a computer asked for a satisfaction survey... I then tried to get a refund through the rewards app only to end up wit a coupon that expires within 30 days. As an active duty military member I am truly sad to see what this world is coming to.

This place is ran by TRASH. I give it a chance once a month and everytime is a s***show. They run out of everything by noon, lazy, slow, music blaring, unorganized, sloppy. Be prepared to wait 25 mins at LEAST!! Stop hiring anyone..

This Chipotle is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Over the past 2 years I have consistently given them chances only to be let down almost every time. Quite regularly they will not have peppers & onions prepared, will be out of a certain rice or not have steak or chicken prepared, queso not prepared. Staff that is more concerned about getting 4 online orders made rather than helping or acknowledging the customer that is standing right in front of them. It’s absolutely ridiculous, and I hate to say that this isn’t the only Chipotle that has these issues. I live across the street and would eat at this Chipotle at least once a week if it wasn’t so terrible.

This is by far and away the worst experience I have had at a Chipotle. Not only was I met by a rude employee, the restaurant was out of nearly all of the ingredients one may desire as part of their order. I paid $14 for a burrito that did not have the things I wanted on it. There is no warning of lacking ingredients until the burrito has already been started at which point one is obliged to pay for. At the cashier I was met by yet another rude employee who tossed my burrito into a bag, rolled her eyes and sent me on my way with $14 of nothing stuffed into a burrito. It’s really time you do better, Chipotle. I won’t be back.

Chipotle continues to go down the crapper! It used to be great. Now if you want to order a large quesadilla you must order it online, not while you are standing in front of the counter. Even if there is no one behind you. The response is sir you can order online and I can make it right now. How does this even make any since. I have spent my last dollar at chipotle. If you don’t want to help customers standing in front of you I will gladly take my business where they want to provide the basic level of customer service.

My husband & I got there just before 8:00pm. They close at 10:00pm, so they had two more hours of operation, but they were "out" of almost all ingredients. With two hours of operation left that translates to "we're lazy & don't want to prep anymore food." While deciding where else to go instead, we watched at least ten people go in & leave empty handed. After reading reviews about this location, I'm not surprised at all. It's just too bad we didn't read these reviews prior; but at the same time, maybe we avoided eating some bad meat. Moral of the story: friends don't let friends eat at this Chipotle.

We frequently go to chipotle closer to our home in Norfolk, but were out running errands and came in to eat the evening of 5/1. This was by far the worst experience we’ve had at a chipotle ever. Trashes we’re overflowed both up front and behind the counters. Every table was dirty to the point I had to go get my own wipes from the car to wipe down the tables. Each machine (3) with the drinks was empty so your only option was soda. There was only one person ahead of us when we came in and we still waited a lengthy period of time because it took 2-3 of the workers to complete online orders BEFORE they would assist the customers that are standing in line. After about 10 people were in line they finally started on ours. The staff let us know upon checkout that chips were for online customers only. It seems like there is little to no management at this location, especially after reading some other reviews. There were enough staff present to provide service, but very frustrating to watch someone pile up 3 online order receipts while we have been waiting, and to proceed to complete those first.

This is how you know people don’t care about customer service anymore. Open your aluminum lid and this is what you see. When I approached the counter the two staff members were laughing as they unknowingly were putting this order together in front of me. When I asked the two staff members what was done to my food that was funny they looked at each other, smirked a laugh, and continued boxing the rest of my order. I again asked if they had done something to my food to be straight up and tell me. I should have had them open my door dash order in front of the restaurant so everyone can see that their food is being used as entertainment for the brown/ blonde curly haired staff member boxing the order and red hair with acne scars cashier. I placed this order on May 02, 2022 around 6:30pm and wouldn’t recommend this chipotle to anyone. If you do please check your food before leaving.

first off all this is not the first i been here and i thought they had gotten better but i guess not they never have everything they're supposed to they don't know how to give refunds it's just overall overwhelming

This chipotle is awful- who owns this store? Where is the manager? Out of everything.... onions/peppers, guacamole, chips/ queso? The people who all work there are young and do not care at all. Just say "I don't know" to every question you ask or "we don't have it". I don't understand how a chipotle franchise in a prime location like red mill runs so badly all the time.

2 concerns with this location, 1) slow service, 2) cold meat and rice. 1) If ordering through the app add 5 min to the estimate. If you're going to order around 6pm it's faster to just order at the counter. While waiting on my order I observed 2 men enter the store, 1 ordered on the app (so he told the other) and the 2nd went to the counter. The man that went to the counter was able to order, pay, and get his food before my food came out and before his buddy that ordered on the app. 2) I've ordered from this location quite a few times, and will prob continue to order here as long as I crave barbacoa. That said, I fully expect cold or warm meat and rice, instead of HOT food one would expect. Why can't we keep that food hot? I almost always have to microwave my meal. One minor issue is with the online order placement on the shelf. As the employees place the order on the shelf for pickup, they don't call out the customer's name. I was waiting on Apr 12th with 6 others for my order. As the food was brought out no names were called, so we each went up individually to see if it was our order.

This is the second time in three weeks that I had frequented this location. Same like before however this is at 1210 in the afternoon. No guacamole and no ice available. Just over an hour being opened. Don't go here. This is unsatisfactory. Nobody making any guacamole. Hot fountain soda with no ice. Manager or owner needs to take a look at sales which I am telling people to go to Taco Bell. Blame it on the Covid is like blaming it on the rain. Fix it for this place is overpriced and awful. Run from this place. No good.

The last few times I've been in has been subpar, if that. I worked in the service industry for 7 years so I can tell when there is laziness and they are trying to feed you bs. You close at 10, so when you run out of something, make more or restock. It is pure laziness to say you're out of something for the rest of the night when there is still 2 1/2 hours till you close. On top of that, when there is a back up of whatever your customer got but you hit the bottom of the pan.... give the person the proper amount. You already have basically nothing stocked and then don't compensate on anything else. I pretty much paid for a container. I get it is fast food but I would probably have better service at Taco Bell. I'm not really a person to write negative reviews but this was ridiculous.

This place needs a serious look at new management. I went to order yesterday. I was told they are taking online orders for carry out only. When ask why is that? He said, "because we a short staffed". But, there are five people working and I was the only on in the restaurant. Seriously?
