Chipotle Mexican Grill

This was the final straw for me, I pay money for food expecting to get something similar to other locations and I got a 3 1/2” burrito. Almost no meat, rice or sour cream. Felt like I was just eating a folded up tortilla. 15 years I have been eating at Chipotles across the US, even as they have gone downhill and I can say that I will NEVER eat it again.

Online order appeared correct except for the Insane amount of sour cream that cooled off and hid other ingredients. At least I didn't have to stand in long order line not a great consolation though

Went to this chipotle about 5pm. First entered waited to order while associates were talking. During ordering had to repeat the items I wanted because they weren’t paying attention. Went home to eat and the rice was super mushy with some hard pieces and super bland. Meat was overcooked. Definitely not the location to go to!

this my third day with stomach cramps and blowing up the toilet after getting a chicken bowl. still tasted good though

It seems like every time I order from here they always mess it up. Every up charge item i ordered was missing, They gave me chicken instead of carne asada, and They added corn which I didn't order.

Nice enough service and standard chipotle fare but every single table top was smeared and dirty… and they were not busy.

So I came to the chipotle 11/6 around 3:30-3:40pm after an appointment and when I first walked in, I was like oh there’s nobody in line. I came in to do an online pick up order and I went to the bathroom first and came back out to pick up my order and I was standing at the cash register for a while. A Caucasian girl with glasses walked past me twice and didn’t say anything or asked if I have been helped do an online pick up . Another younger guy who came around as well Didn’t say anything at all to see if I needed some help. Then the people in the back also seen me and no one said that there were someone upfront. So I asked a guy who didn’t address me either if I could pick up my order and he got the Caucasian lady with the glasses and she said well I am doing an order so I am busy and said tell her to get back.

Three times I’ve gotten a bag of stale chips from this location.

Yeah this location has gone to shit they never get the order right, rude service. Sent the order in over 1 hour before pickup time arrived 10 minutes after the promised time and it was late, wrong and improperly packaged. Save the aggravation. Go anywhere else.

I ordered a bowl online with a side of sour cream when i got my food there was a long black hair in my cup of sour cream don’t know how they didn’t see it

Everyone seemed annoyed . Was standing there for a few mins. Didn't get greeted or them saying they will be right with me. I just walked out and went to the sandwich spot right next store

Drive out of our way to go to this Location at Landstown Commons about once every two weeks. Food is always Fresh. Take out orders are always on point.

I always come to this Chipotle and the service is consistently great everything is served with a smile, which I really appreciate! The queso is always smoking hot and delicious. The only thing I’d like to see improved are the chips they could be a little better. Overall, still one of my favorite spots to grab a meal! 🌯🧀
