Chipotle Mexican Grill

You guys fell off. You got a dirty restaurant. Dirty prep area. Employees that frown at you when you walk in. They move around like it’s slow motion. I got such a negative vibe that I left and went to grand rodeo across the street where the people smiled at us when we walked in and the restaurant was CLEAN. Hire people who want to work and can at least act like they wanna help someone out and can keep the restaurant clean. Your food isn’t that good to be treated like they don’t want you there. I’m sure I’m not alone in this observation

Decided to try this location again after a couple of years. Again, workers would not stop prepping food to help the one worker at the counter. There were five of us in line and only one worker on the food bar. The rest of them were in the back prepping and cleaning.

Ordered a salad from here. Only got half of one. For something that cost $12 you think you’d get more food. It’s honestly ridiculous. Do better chipotle.

I got two bowls and one specifically not spicy and they put the red sauce on the wrong bowl and I couldn’t eat half my bowl. I also never got the chips I paid for or my welcome guac with it. I’m honestly never coming back.

This location at any time has six people behind the counter and one person actually helping customers. It shouldn’t take 20 minutes to make four burritos. They need to assess who actually does work and who sits around texting then replace employees accordingly.

Ain't gonna lie, this area is try to avoid. Years ago they didn't clean up throw up. I got food poisoning from here, say no to the guac. Their rice is never fully cooked but there's worse things in the world. I think food poisoning is top tier for problems. I enjoy kempsriver drive through one more and the chipotle by lynnhaven parkway mall is perfect. No food poisoning from these spots. No throw up from years back that didn't get cleaned immediately. Only covered with napkins 👀...

Also cheese quesedillas should not be 10 bucks..... for tortilla and cheese that wasn't event melted..

Staff seemed to be happy but not interested in doing their jobs.
Young man who worked front counter should probably just run the grill and not be in the customer service side of the business.

Not great... the chips are always disappointing.

Chipotle has truly gone down hill since covid, placed an order and all 3 bags of chips I received were inedible. They were soggy, greasy and stale at the same time. Steak was also covered in fat and tasted like fish and metal. Store was covered in trash and the employees don’t care at all.

Totally filthy place. Disgusting, food on the floor, tables not wiped, lots of staff but nobody cleaned this dirty place.
