Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ain't gonna lie, this area is try to avoid. Years ago they didn't clean up throw up. I got food poisoning from here, say no to the guac. Their rice is never fully cooked but there's worse things in the world. I think food poisoning is top tier for problems. I enjoy kempsriver drive through one more and the chipotle by lynnhaven parkway mall is perfect. No food poisoning from these spots. No throw up from years back that didn't get cleaned immediately. Only covered with napkins 👀...

Also cheese quesedillas should not be 10 bucks..... for tortilla and cheese that wasn't event melted..

Young man who worked front counter should probably just run the grill and not be in the customer service side of the business.

Not great... the chips are always disappointing.

Chipotle has truly gone down hill since covid, placed an order and all 3 bags of chips I received were inedible. They were soggy, greasy and stale at the same time. Steak was also covered in fat and tasted like fish and metal. Store was covered in trash and the employees don’t care at all.

Totally filthy place. Disgusting, food on the floor, tables not wiped, lots of staff but nobody cleaned this dirty place.

I had ordered for pickup after work. I arrived and only saw one order at the pickup spot, and it was not mine. So, I sat down, thinking they might be behind. The app did not say my order was ready either. I waited and waited, saw no one bringing a pickup item, and no one even asked me what I was waiting for (other Chipotles and places would do that). Finally, after about 20 minutes, I noticed a bag sitting in the back behind the cashier. I got up and asked if my name was on it. They said yes, and I took my order, which was cold by then. Your job is to serve others, so you are not doing it if you ignore customers or do not even place the pickup item in the correct spot. I was even nice enough to tip with my order. I will not be doing that again.

Gotta be the worst chipotle on the planet. To go orders are never correct and the ingredients are much more plain than your typical chipotle. Don’t waste your time.

Awful and bland! Paid for guacamole and received none. Rice was just plain white rice. Barely any meat was put into bowl and very little cheese . Received no salsa or corn salsa. Awful all around!

I love love Qdoba and thought to give this place a chance because ive heard they are similar. Never again, I got a bowl with chicken and it was very bland. The queso was lumpy, I'm pretty sure it's not real. Service was like customers are an annoyance,
And for 24.00!!! Charging extra for queso and guacamole? What the heck?! QD doesn't do that.
Lessoned learned. Never again.
I'm not sure who owns this franchise but this location needs work.
