Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered my bowl and chips to go, then i ordered the new adobo ranch and asked if they put in in the bag at the register. When i got home no ranch they lied to me and the chips were stale.

0 stars if I could! This place is a mess!! Just dirty counters! They had no sour cream left so he was scraping the containers, always out of sofritas! So tried to sneak steak in my bowl! Sir I don’t eat meat I know that’s steak. Very rude to their customers and the young lady literally scratched her head and starting making bowls!!! Yeah I’m good! Never will we visit any Chipotle again! They are all the same in Va. and Chipotle said sorry they can’t refund everyone for wrong orders so there is nothing they can do for us. But they’ll send it to the Restaurant Management. That’s all we can offer. We can’t compensate customers. 0 stars!

This restaurant was filthy tables were dirty the employees were on their phones not taking orders at one point it was only one employee taking orders and the rest stood around playing and talking I’m veg so i always get the sofritas and it was basically empty he scraped all he could out of the bottom , rice was not even warm the container got so dirty cause they refused to wipe the counters I had a whole hand full of rice on the bottoms of my container I guess no managers are around cause I could not understand why this restaurant was so dirty table gross 🤮 slow service and the employees could care less I paid for 3x extra queso and that’s not what I got the food was taste less the guacamole was already turning brown no thanks you I will not come back with my family that was enough for me it’s already super expensive and to have bad customer service and horrible food I’m a rewards member as well it’s a hard NO for me

Had diarrhea for two days and stomach aches form their chipotle honey chicken. Unfortunate because I used like chipotle. The locations are hit or miss. Be careful.

This place is consistently dirty and the crew members will attempt to scrape the bottom of the pot and serve you old food. Save yourself time and just go across the street to CAVA.

Service is so ridiculously bad. I don’t usually write negative reviews, but this is one of the worst food experiences I have ever had honestly.. When I got to the front of the line (of 3 people which took literally 15 minutes), the employee walked away without even acknowledging or addressing me at all and didn’t come back for another 5 minutes only to make doordash orders. I was willing to wait but having that communication and a simple “we will be with you soon” or “thank you for waiting” would be nice honestly

This place is consistently inconsistent. Every few months I attempt to place an order in hopes management has changed staff has gotten better or some change. This time it was a DoorDash order which I did not know would come from this location or I would’ve never placed the order as I’ve been fed up with their service, and to no surprise a order from 3 hours ago was sent to be delivered. Not only was it the wrong order but a 3 hour ago order. The packing was insanely put together and the whole had had a stench. In the past the store is always dirty, workers look over worked and food is disgusting. Save your self the headache and go to another chipotle trust me the extra drive is worth it.

You would expect better for this location. The place is dirty! Drinks are empty! Customer service is lacking! It’s usually because Management is not doing their job! Need to put a new Manager in place! I ordered mine online and there was no sauce on it.

No greeting when approaching the counter, food hap hazardly thrown together, pushed through the line like their tail was on fire, no courtesy at the registrar, tables chairs and floors a mess. I would not recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy. A little time could have been spent on niceties there was no line or need for speed.

Absolutely the worst service I've ever received. I ordered delivery through doordash and your employees literally only put rice in my bowl that I paid $14 and sent it to my house missing everything else inside. When I called I couldn't even get in touch with an actual human being because their stupid automated system. This is hands down awful. Who does that? That is completely disrespectful

Ordered a steak burrito, chips and dip through Grub Hub. Burrito had absolutely NO MEAT on it. And I mean, none. How do you forget to add the main ingredient??
Also, when I called Chipotle, the automated service gave me the run-around, and would not connect me directly to the specific location I was trying to reach (300 Constitution Drive, VA Bch). So there's no way to let them know that the order was incorrect, other than to visit in person. Which would defeat the purpose of using Grub Hub, right?

I’m not usually someone who writes angry reviews like a Karen. The only reason I kept going to this location is because it’s close to where I live, but I swear this particular location is so poorly ran. You all need to come up with a better system for pick up/online orders because a huge group of people blocking the walk way waiting on their pick up orders is not it. Not to mention someone has peer around the corner into the kitchen, wave down an employee just to grab their online order, I guarantee my 5 year old nephew could come up with a better system for online orders. The service is beyond rude, I totally understand that some customers can be awful and downright mean, but how about we stop hiring sensitive people who choose the immature way out by being rude to everyone trying to order food. If you get a job in fast food, newsflash buddy, there’s gonna be some rude people the worlds an imperfect place. The portions in the food are always subpar, what is this? The great depression? Load up my bowl son I’m a growing girl. I’m sure there’s regulations on portion sizes but y’all are famishing some of these bowls and burritos and I’m not even exaggerating in the slightest.
