Chipotle Mexican Grill

Should be happy that I am leaving a 2 stars. Anyways, I had ordered my food which was a kids meal and when I was about to pay, the big darkskin women in the counter had a attitude and gave me 80 cents in chase in all nickles.

I came into chipotle around 2:30 for a half steak half carne sada burrito. Dequan politely greeted me and assisted making me a wonderfully awesome burrito. Honestly one of the best burritos I’ve received from chipotle, shocking how portion rationing and tasty it was. The only thing I’m confused about is I’ve been to this chipotle 3 times in a month or so and my burritos all had different prices for the total.

The stars are purely for their new red chimichurri sauce - absolutely amazing and delicious! However, the girl putting together my carnitas tacos was being so chintzy with portions?

Chipotle used to pile on the meat and guacamole, and she was trying to purposely take the smallest pieces she could find and put them in the taco shells, and then she was taking the tiniest scoops of guacamole and one taco she just put it on one side?

Luckily the lady at the cash register who may have been the manager, took over and put healthy scoops of guacamole on my tacos. What's the deal, why are they being so skimpy and cheap? Sad to see this company has resorted to behaving that way.

The new red chimichurri sauce made up for the lack of meat in the taco as it made everything taste delicious! I really hope they go back to their previous ways and give a healthy portion of meat and guacamole like they used to, as it's ridiculous to be so skimpy when we're paying so much money. I recommend going just to try that chimichurri sauce though & kudos to the lady at the cash register for taking over and doing it the right way!

The hispanic girl working 11/7 took everyone’s orders and ignored me i was waiting for 10 mins still ignored then she decides to just talk and joke with her coworkers cause im the only customer in line. another coworker could see i was being ignored after waiting patiently for so long so he jumped in to ask me my order (even tho she was the one taking all the orders in front of me) but at that point i was just over the bad treatment so i just left. Really mindblown by the poor treatment i was given so i went across the street to cava where the food is better & cheaper anyways and the workers are kind and attentive.

Daquan is the best chipotle worker I’ve ever ran across he prepares your order like he cares and he’s fast, efficient and polite! That is rare nowadays .

They filled my bowl up to the brim, which is good. The service was really bad. They kept asking the next person in like to order even though it was crowded near the front. There were so many people ordering at the same time that we didn’t know whose bowl was whose. Eventually when one person said that they would wait because there were too many people, I heard them talking poorly about her in Spanish. Mocking her and making inappropriate gestures. Very unprofessional. I don’t usually care about bad service but this was bad bad.

Very rude and tried to rush me out. Never even got my drink. worst chipotle I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Genuinely dont know how the management even hires people like the 2 females that were working the last two stations. Embarrassing

I just ordered a pickup order at 5:55pm on 10/08/2025. I was blown away with how fast my order was ready. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly even though they were super busy. I hope they get recognized and they all deserve a raise. Great customer service and beautiful smiles!

When I ordered the lady taking my order looked like she hated being there or hated me. My chips were soggy and the bowl I ordered was half full. Waste of 17$ and I will never go there again.

Brother ewww...my 6 year old exact words when she pointed this out. Imagine what we can't see. Like inside the fountain or the kitchen area 🤔 🤮🤢

Not going to lie, dinner time is usually pretty bad for this place. All my favorite vegetable toppings are out and usually only crumbs are left. Chicken has been quite burnt on several occasions
