Chipotle Mexican Grill

They skimp so much on the meat, and load it with only carbs. People were rude, and looked so irritated making my food. Not sure what’s up with it, I went back again after to try again, to see if maybe it was me but nope same experience. Overpriced, and rude people. I remeber chipotle having a good reputation, now they are nowhere near how it was before..

Ordered two Carne Asada Burrito Bowls for pickup and I kid you not there was almost a whole bowl of rice and other ingredients and only 3 small pieces of steak. Absolutely ridiculous. I can’t believe we paid $17 for bowls of rice. Chipotle DO BETTER!!!

I usually get bad service here so I’m not surprised. The food is usually good but tonight it wasn’t. We were there at 8:45 and they close at 11. The building looked close and the guacamole was completely brown. Chipotle corporate and the restaurant were no help.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Chips were soggy. Queso was tasteless. Chicken bland. Took 30 mins to get through the line. Hard pass.

Just another Chipotle spiraling towards the pitts of despair. What happened to you Chipotle? Your food was delicious, hot, crunchy, just amazing and rewarding. Now your chicken and steak feel like I'm eating beef and chicken jerkey. And what happened with your pleasant staff? Seems like the requirement is to hire unpleasant, rude people. Look to Chick-fil-A across the street if you need an example of pleasantries. Be better Chipotle, and return back to your glorious days!

First time leaving the house today and lady serving my food wasnt very pleasant. No ji just looked at me in disgust. Kinda pissed rn. Prob rather go to moes.

I ordered my food in the app and arrive 1 min after my pickup time. I waited for 2 to 3 min before anyone even came over. The 1st staff member come over, I give her my name and she gives me my bag and is closing the window. I try to remind her that I also payed for a drink and she tell me they don't have the drink and says something to another young lady in their shared language. That staff member comes over and asks me what I want and has the nerve to say she is busy and calls me a GIRL. We exchanged words and I reminded her that she didn't need to be rude and that I would like my drink. I let her know that I would sit right there and wait. Eventually a 3rd member brings something over but I really didn't trust drinking anything that they handed me. I put the drink back on the ledge and sat right there to write a review and request my money back online. I CANT BELIEVE I HAD THE NERVE TO TIP WHEN PLACING MY ORDER. NEVER EVER AGAIN AND I DO NOT RECCOMED.

As per the most recent review, I also paid for double meat and did NOT get double meat. This isn't the first time we've had a problem with this location--this Chipotle screws up our order EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. It's actually incredible, it's like they strive to be the worst location ever.

Paid $20 for a double meat burrito and it showed up tiny. Nothing about it looked like double anything. I also paid a dollar for chimichurri and got about two teaspoons of sauce. Charging that much for that little is ridiculous. Total waste of money.
