Honestly, I cannot wrap my mind around how unclean the habits are of the employees that work here.

Almost every time I go in, the counter is not clean and so the employee on the line takes their gloved hand and wipes it all down. Then wipes the glove on their apron or in the chemical wash to clean. Without changing their gloves, they go right back to preparing food. Or they handle money with the same gloves. It's like they have no concept about how germs and bacteria spread!!

I just turned around and walked out without ordering

Believe the reviews! This location completely messed up my group order. None of the drinks I ordered were delivered, we had the wrong rice, missing guac, missing extra protein. We ordered 14 items and none of them were labeled. We did not recive any napkins or cutlery with our order. What a disappointment, our company will never order from this location again.

The staff made my order wrong but they fixed it right away and gave me a new one. Thank you!

How you gonna run out of cheese and then give me queso as an alternative and still charge me $18 for a burrito and then give my husband a dirty look when he rejected his burrito because you didn’t tell him before you started making his burrito that there was no cheese. Nah, yall messing up big. Get it together. Not our fault you can’t get your stuff together. Do better.

This place has the most unprofessional workers and customer service! First off, my friend and I went inside and there was no line. A guy was taking a customer at the register so my friend and I are patiently waiting for somebody to service us. The guy working the register rudely walked up to us and said what can he get started. Didn’t greet us or anything. Second, I asked for a burrito. He literally forgot to warm up my tortilla before adding all of the food. I had to ask him to warm it up. His reply was “oh that’s right” meaning he forgot! as he’s making the burrito that was so sloppily made, I asked for little corn and he literally gave me 4 pieces!! I said can I have just a little more. His reply “you asked for a little” yes but not no damn 4 pieces!!!. Toward the end he was wrapping my burrito on the plain metal line and not the foil!! He didn’t even know how to wrap the burrito. It was literally falling apart, even with an extra tortilla he used. Once he finally wrapped it in the foil, he slaps my burrito down next to the register and taps it twice. I was so pissed off. I told them I don’t want the food and walked out. Just trifling!!!

I have had great and not great experiences at this location. Seems like the portions are inconsistent. Sometimes cleaner than other locations, tho, so that's a plus.

Literally every time I go to this chipotle they’re out of sour cream… how??? How are they always out of sour cream? And it’s like there’s no adults here, all high school kids who don’t care about their jobs at all. They never smile or even greet you. It’s not inherently their fault but this place is clearly poorly managed and should just close. Go to the one at Landstown Commons instead.

I love this chipotle. They never skimp on portions, always fresh clean and busy so the food stays hot. Great staff. Patient despite the rush they often get.

Almost every time I go to this location it is a problem. This time I got the completely wrong bowl and I found a price of plastic!!! Quality as went completely downhill. Won’t be returning

Walked in, looked around, and walked out. Place was in shambles. Every table dirty, every trash can over filled, make line a mess.. Never seen a Chipotle looking like that.
