We had a delicious Thanksgiving dinner at Chops. Our server (Daniel, I think) was absolutely amazing and all the food was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. We enjoyed it so much!
The waiter tried really hard but the kitchen was backed up. We were there for 60 minutes before dinner came out. Mgmt seemed more worried about making the tables just right.
Chops delivered an unforgettable Thanksgiving experience. The food was absolutely exceptional — every dish was prepared to perfection, rich in flavor, and beautifully presented. The service was flawless, with attentive and warm staff who made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout the entire meal. The ambiance was equally impressive, creating a warm, elegant atmosphere that felt both festive and relaxing. It was the perfect setting to celebrate Thanksgiving, and the entire experience felt special from start to finish. Chops Restaurant truly turned our holiday into a memorable occasion.
As always this place never disappoints. A wonderful place to relax and unwind. Wonderful indoor space. Great outdoor space. Food and cocktails are always wonderful. Love this place. FYI the best lamb rack on the East Coast!!
Food was amazing from the main course to the desert. The service was impeccable as was the cleanliness of the restaurant. I would suggest to anyone wanting a Great Meal spend your next special time at Chops.
I had a great experience at chops. The food, the ambiance and the customer service was top tier. Everything was great. 10/10 will go again.
I visited Chops Steakhouse for my birthday, arriving at 8 PM. Despite having a reservation, no one attended our table for 20 minutes—not even to bring water or drinks. For a fine dining restaurant, this is completely unacceptable, especially for a birthday dinner. It was a Thursday and the restaurant was not busy.
Eventually, our waitress arrived and took our order. I requested a medium filet mignon, but it arrived well-done and dry—I couldn’t even eat it. The server seemed rushed, making us feel like we had to finish and leave quickly. Even the mashed potatoes were bland. Despite not finishing my meal, we were pressured to order dessert.
Overall, the service and food quality are far from what this restaurant used to offer. Very disappointing experience.

Chops was a good time. I had the pork chops with mushrooms on them and they were delicious. I also ordered a bottle of Pinot Grigio and it was reasonably priced for a steakhouse...our service was the best and honestly made our experience more pleasant.

Very good steak. Spaghetti squash side is awesome. Excellent service from Gabriel
The lamb chops I ordered was overcooked and I have to send it back. I asked for medium rare temperature and I got well done. The she crabs bisque was on point. My strawberry mojito tasted like a mocktail. I am likely will not dine here again because there are plenty of good restaurants in the area.

Unfortunately, the only reservation available was at 4pm. We arrived at approximately 4:05 and they were still setting up for the evening. We couldn't decide on the Early Bird menu, the Prix Fixed, or the ala carte menu. So ordered drinks and finally decided on the regular ala carte menu and ordered. Approximately 10 to 15 minutes later, our waitress informed us that the baked potatoes would not be ready for another 20 to 25 min. We opted to wait and ordered an appetizer, bread service, and another drink each. About 30 minutes later our filets, wedge salad, and baked potato arrived. We ordered medium rare filets and they were served medium well- very little pink. We sent them back and it was another 20 minutes later that our correctly cooked filets arrived. In the meantime, we had filled up on bread, appetizer, some of the baked potato and wedge salad. At that point, we asked to speak to the manager- who turned out to be the chef as well- and had our food boxed to go. We explained what had happened and he was indifferent and flippant, replying “things happen”. We did not want anything removed from our check, but did expect at least an apology and a gratis dessert or something acknowledging our poor experience. Nada. Needless to say, we will never dine at Chops again!
Nice experience. Good food I’m back again.

We brought our 3 month old with us and a bassinet stroller and they were very accommodating.
Wasn't too bad, menu has changed, prices gone up, but some of the food tasted not as good. We use to go here often but didn't go for a year or so. First time back and we see higher prices for lower quality of food taste. Not sure what happened here in the last couple of years. Overall not terrible, but not what we remembered of Chops from previous years.
