I specifically purchased the ones I wanted online. The receipt was even printed with the correct information just for me to receive the wrong items that I paid money for. I had to pay extra money for the wrong order!
I wanted to use my birthday reward so I clicked redeem in store and had a few mins to use it, but when I get to the register he tells me their scanner is broken. I don’t like confrontation so I didn’t tell him you can just type the numbers in (I work at a kiosk too, and a woman at that same location has done it for me before when it was broken), plus he looked realllyyyy happy he didn’t have to make a singular small cold brew, so I just left. anyway, the timer ran out and I lost my birthday reward.

Really Cinnabon? Ordered a pre boxed 4 pack. Yuck! Rolls were undercooked and flavorless. Just like every other food production business the portions are smaller and the price is bigger. I might give the individual roll another try but never will I order prepackaged again. You get one more chance to impress me. If Cinnabon rep is reading this, don’t be sorry. Be better!

Horrible can't buy a 4 pack fresh Cinnabons. Only individually what sense does that make. I will NEVER purchase Cinnabon EVER! Nor will my family! Horrible service to transaction are done with out gloves along will servings of Cinnamon rolls.
