I specifically purchased the ones I wanted online. The receipt was even printed with the correct information just for me to receive the wrong items that I paid money for. I had to pay extra money for the wrong order!
Really Cinnabon? Ordered a pre boxed 4 pack. Yuck! Rolls were undercooked and flavorless. Just like every other food production business the portions are smaller and the price is bigger. I might give the individual roll another try but never will I order prepackaged again. You get one more chance to impress me. If Cinnabon rep is reading this, don’t be sorry. Be better!

From my experience this place is literally the best. Definitely the employees, they were nice, cheerful and the place was SPOTLESS!!!! Really recommend and the Auntie Anne’s is delicious because they are all hand rolled pretzels and hot out of the oven goodness!!? Totally going back next time I have a chance. BTW their hours are 11a-10p and the hours on google are not correct. Highly recommended
