Super friendly staff & the CLASSIC worked for me with its buttery goodness. But there are so many options to satisfy that sweet tooth!

Highly recommended!!

My friends and I walked to Cinnaholic after dinner on July 6, 2025 and were excited to try it after much hype from a few of our friends. We got there at 7:35 to see that all the lights were off and assumed they were closed. We sat down by the fountain to chat when we saw a group of people walk in and then the lights come on. When we got inside we asked why the lights were off and all the two young ladies could do was laugh. More and more people started coming in and we were all confused because we thought the business was closed. I think it is very unprofessional to advertise your business to close at one time and then to have your employees have all the lights shut off because they didn't want to serve any more employees. I think in the future, it's important to make sure the employees don't close the business prematurely because you are ready to leave. The cinnamon buns were just ok but were overshadowed by the unprofessionalism of the employees.

I came here out of state hoping to find the best cinnamon roll in the city. I was disappointed to say the least. I ordered three old skool cinnamon rolls and a box of three mini cinnamon rolls. The mini cinnamon rolls were as hard as a rock, the chocolate frosting was devoid of any chocolate flavor. The regular cinnamon rolls were just okay, but definitely not fresh. My family was disappointed and I did not see anyone there for the half hour I was around. The staff were very friendly and inviting, so kudos to the staff, but I will not be returning.

SO GOOD. Like literally heaven. I got the cookie dough cinnamon roll. Really glad I don’t have this near me because I would go SO often and spend all my money haha.

Super tasty treats - 100% recommend! This place is vegan, making it a great choice for people with lactose intolerance or dairy allergies. You won't even notice that it's vegan, too - whatever substitutes they use here taste the same as dairy/animal products.

Come on in and get a cinnamon roll to share!

I was interested in trying this place, but after reading so many reviews citing the appalling (and borderline discriminatory) lack of customer service and underwhelming menu items, I will pass on this franchise. In this economy people work too hard for their money to be treated like a nuisance whilst trying to patronize any business so I will continue to make my desserts at home, and/or support businesses that genuinely care about my patronage.

Haven’t had a bad experience until today though the cashier was kind she proceeded to take my money with gloves on. And without changing her gloves used those same pair to grab my cinnamon rolls. Like I said never had a bad experience before however that’s a big no.

This place is a rip off!! I spent $35 on 2 rolls and 2 “yesterday” rolls. The yesterday rolls and the “fresh rolls” look and taste the same. There is HARDLY NO cinnamon in these “cinnamon” rolls…they should be called “Sticky Buns” it would be more accurate. Save your money, Pizza Hut Cinnasticks are a quarter of the price and taste about the same. Want a real cinnamon roll? Stick with Cinnabon! So disappointing!

Quiet little shop in Virginia Beach's Town Center. Located right next to the Funny Bone theater. Excellent pastries. A few tables inside, but we chose to avail ourselves of the tables just outside.

Ifyou're even thinking about treating yourself, Cinnaholic is the spot. We tried two different cinnamon rolls, and a cookie dough scoop. each totally unique and loaded with toppings. The one with walnuts and brownie chunks was rich and gooey, the peanut butter cup cookie dough was next-level indulgent, and the strawberry shortcake-inspired one was the perfect fruity twist.

The presentation was on point, and everything was fresh and flavorful without being overly sweet. We also grabbed their in season loaf cake, it was soft, dense, and full of flavor.

Inside, the shop is super clean and modern, with a great display of their custom roll options. Staff was friendly and patient while we stared at the menu like kids in a candy store. Prices are fair for the portion sizes—you definitely get your money’s worth.

If you’re into sweets or just love cinnamon rolls with a creative twist, this place is a must
