This was my first time I. After hearing about the food I drove 25 mins to come in and enjoy breakfast I said good morning to the host told her I was a party of two she told me I couldn’t be seated until my other guess has arrived she then allowed two incomplete guess to be seated directly behind me while standing in hearing distance told me they are complete after hearing a couple say they are waiting one one and then a mother with a baby say she’s waiting for someone but wanted to start feeding her son all be seated while I was told I have to wait the manager came and and told me it was confusion about them number in my party when I clearly Said two the text sent to my phones said two the manager did a poor job fixing the situation and allowed me to leave with the issue unresolved I would not be coming back and definitely will be letting all of my followers know of the treatment I got at what is supposed to to a nice breakfast/ lunch spot highly disappointed

Server put our food on someone else's table. When they told her it was not their food and handed her the plates back, she walked to a corner of the restaurant and then returned to our table with the same plates. When I asked about it she denied it even though I saw it with my own eyes. Seems like that ought to violate some health ordinance since the other customers touched the plates with our food.
Citrus never disappoints

I decided to get breakfast here because it was conveniently located right along the bike path. I did appreciate that there was plenty of bike rack space behind the building to tie up the bikes while you dine. Sadly, eating breakfast here left much to be desired. The service was quick and friendly, and there was plenty of seating, both inside and out, but you can find better quality food for better prices elsewhere. While there, we smelled something burning in the back, and then shortly thereafter, our food arrived. My biscuit was served burnt (and possibly stale) and was so tough that most was inedible. My omelette also seemed like it was a day old, as it was dried out and just kept in the warmer until ready to be served (I suspect this because the plate was extremely hot to the touch). The portion sizes are decent, but when half the food is inedible, it doesn’t justify the high prices. I understand accidents happen, but instead of serving stale, dried out, and burnt food, I think any reasonable person would have preferred a simple explanation by the wait staff and a longer wait to receive better quality food. There is a lot of potential with this place, but unfortunately, I don’t think I would return here to dine again.

I visited your restaurant in Virginia Beach for breakfast on 7/14/25 at 11:00 AM. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior of our server.
The waitress had an unfriendly attitude and responded with a smart mouth on several occasions. After bringing our orange juices, she accidentally spilled one on the table. When I pointed it out, she said she would return but after five minutes passed and no one came, I asked again if the table could be wiped. She curtly replied, “I said I was going to come back.”
While taking our order, she first had her back turned, making it difficult to communicate. I also had to flag her down just to get a simple refill.
When the check arrived, I immediately attempted to give her my credit card, but while I retrieved it, she impatiently said, “I have other things I have to do,” despite the restaurant not being busy at all.
Overall, her attitude and lack of attention to basic service made the experience unpleasant. I’m sharing this in hopes it can be addressed, as this level of service is not what I expect from your establishment.

A little disappointed, but is better than a buffet at the hotel.

Absolutely the WORST omelet I’ve ever had. They advertise farm eggs all over their menu, but the tasteless omelets are made with egg wash. Service was horrific. After waiting 17 mins to PAY my tab, I got the hostess to close out my tab. Don’t waste your time. Way too many other places on Shore Drive to go!
