We sat in the back room and celebrated our daughter's engagement. The now charge $ 5 to slit a salad?? That's new and a bit of a rip off. Next the brought the happy couple a shot of champagne and didn't serve all for of us . Seems like things are changing in a bad way. Now the succotash is just over cooked corn! Sad this was our favorite place!😥
Waitress was very inattentive to my party but not the same to the patrons around. Didn't introduce herself nor read off the specials as the other waitresses and waiters were doing. Didn't ask if we were celebrating anything but was asked the table nearby as well as brought them desert for their occasion. Overall horrible customer service. Still tipped $40 just to prove her stereotyping was incorrect.
Our experience at Coastal Grill was delightful. I ordered one soft shell crab with a side, which was plenty. The others ordered the trout, and they loved it. Our waitress, Leslie, was efficient and friendly. We'll definitely be back!
