Great service, friendly, and laid back. Played alot of good classics throughout the restaurant, and they had darts, pool, and pinball too. Food was great; we got the shrimp tacos, half pound burger, and cuban reuban. Drinks were really good too, and the rum and coke had a heavy pour which is always welcome. Spotted it as we were walking by and thought we'd try it. As you enter, it is definitely a local hangout and not much on decor. The waitress/bartender was amazing she waited on us and the entire bar, probably about 50 people and never missed a beat. She recommended some things to us and was spot on. This place has great food. It seems like a dive bar at the beach but it will really surprise you with the good drinks, super sweet bartender and great food. I also won $400 in this place one time betting on football. If you're at the Va Beach oceanfront, stop in to Cocomo Joes!
