Went tonight and clearly the young lady behind the counter was struggling - why she was left alone is unacceptable and a fail on ownership. She was doing her best and was very friendly clearly should not of been left alone.

I ordered a peanut butter perfection, gotta have it, and after she started making it, she stated she didn’t have any peanut butter - that’s fine, I get it, but since the item was half made and already had peanut butter in it, I was forced to make a quick decision on what to add to it….my gotta have it peanut butter perfection, without a peanut butter cup in it, was so small it wouldn’t even of filled a like it cup. Also, I had waited 10-15 min for the previous couple to get their order and there were three people behind me with one person behind the counter.

Huge fail on ownership - if this is how you treat your employees which reflects on customer experience, then give me a reason to return.

Highly doubt I will visit this cold stone again.

Thanks for making this awesome custom cake for my daughter’s birthday. Really appreciate going extra length to create waves and sand effect on the cake. I just had to add some cake toppers to get final look. Thank you ?

Very rude. I called to verify what time they closed at the Nimmo Parkway location because Google says 10 but the app says 9, and a young man answered and rudely said, “we close at 10 but we have been very busy today so ….” And then hung up on me. I tried calling back and they didn’t answer. If you don’t like your job, get a new one!

Rude. Everyone that works there. Is just plain rude. 5 people, no hello, no greeting, no smile. I'm about to drop $50 on ICE CREAM. Say "Hello" and be pleasant. I don't need a red carpet, but a glare and turning your back to customers is rude.2 people seemed to be talking in the door way behind the counter, 1 near the register, 1 was making the orders and 1 was just standing behind the counter. There may have been training going on but if so the they are being poorly trained. The ice cream was good but not $50 good for ICE CREAM. I know what Cold Stone is, but to be treated rudely by spoiled teenagers is beyond what is acceptable. Oh, and the huff at the end when I didn't leave a tip. LOL Why do you expect a tip for being rude?

I really loved my ice cream so much, I've been there before. It's very cool that you can mix the flavors together along with candies and brownies to mix with. The service was amazing and I looked forward to going to Cold Stone again. Thank you, Coldstone Creamery!

Lucas was the sweetest most helpful employee I have ever encountered! So sweet so attentive and kind . Just all out the sweetest person ! I will only come to this location moving forward!

Lucas/Lukas ROCKS! When the fam went for dessert and this particular coldstone didn't have the type of ice cream I typically get at other cold stones, Lucas was quick fo remedy, offering samples and suggestions. He made sure that he did whatever he could to ensure that the entire family had an enjoyable experience. Highly recommend coming by to say Hi to Lucas because I know he will take good care of you!

Awesome staff, very attentive and friendly.

This place is unorganized. Several times I went in to pick up my orders, the employees were too busy to acknowledge. Last time, I went in, waited in line to pick up my order, same thing happened, a man walked up to pick up his order, he was helped right away. Pay attention to your customers that already waited. You don’t just pick and choose who you’re helping, it’s not right. Ask who’s there first if you don’t know. I won’t be returning.

*3 stars is for the decent ice cream, the rest doesn’t deserve recognition, too pricy and poor service

Just got a shake, sitting in the parking lot outside of ColdStone and I had to literally stop what I was doing to write this review. All 3 of the associates, all quite young, were exceptionally polite, genuine, kind, and cheery. I'm going through a little bit of a personal storm right now and just them being so kind and polite really helped me this evening. Came from Richmond to catch some waves real quick and I'm headed back home super thankful for the ColdStone staff being indiscriminately kind to everyone in the building.Good job yall?

Website says it closes at 10 however today (Saturday 8/15) they locked the doors at 9pm having a customer stand at the door and inform everyone they are closed. Lazy workers

The ice cream and staff are great and helpful.Sadly it smells foul. Something gross and wet is either stuck under or behind their equipment and they have become noseblind. It is off putting and makes you lose your appetite

It has been a disappointment lately, prices where up and NO signature process of preparing custom ice cream. I always ask for coffee lovers and the serving is different every time, missing taste and ingredients… sometimes just taste like plain coffee ice-cream that you can get at any grocery store. Not worth it.
