Had such a wonderful experience at Cold Stone Creamery! I want to especially recognize Dipan for his outstanding service — he was friendly, patient, and super helpful with helping me choose the perfect ice cream combo. He made it with care and enthusiasm, and it came out absolutely delicious. You can tell he really enjoys what he does!

On top of that, the owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, which added to the overall positive vibe of the place. It’s clear they care about both their customers and their team.

This is hands-down one of the best Cold Stone visits I’ve had. Amazing service, great people, and delicious treats — what more could you ask for? I’ll definitely be back and recommending this spot to everyone I know! 🍨👏

Really good ice cream just feel like there should be some seating

I take my kids to go every Sunday really good employees very welcoming and helpful . clean environment and the ice cream is delicious! I’ve went to other cold stones but they don’t compare to this one it’s more modern and a good place to enjoy a sweet treat !!

Let me introduce you to the Choco Taco. I recently heard about this dessert at Cold Stone. I had my wife run out to get us a couple. It is amazing! So delicious and it is made to order right in front of you. It will not disappoint. Enjoy this beautiful creation and you can thank me later 😊.

HELP! I just went to the Coldstone at 1169 Nimmo Pkwy, Virginia Beach- STORE #20581.

I ordered the taco and they said it would be a few minutes (which is fine!). THEN, I proceed to see 2 workers in non-Coldstone clothing making the taco shells with NO GLOVES, and taking handfuls of the sprinkles with BARE HANDS and sprinkling it onto the tacos- strike 1.

They proceed to ask me if I would prefer to have my taco served with just a napkin or if I wanted it served to me INSIDE OF A FILE FOLDER (yes, a clear paper protector that typically goes into a binder) -strike 2.

Then, the taco is brought out (inside the clear file folder) and has no chocolate dip or sprinkles on top, so they did not make it as it is supposed to be served. I asked for the chocolate and sprinkles to be added and they told me I was wrong- that it doesn’t come that way and they won’t be able to add it. So, I pulled up this picture, per your Instagram, to show them and then after being told I was wrong again, I showed them countless TikToks of people showing their tacos and how it’s supposed to look, how it looks after having a bite taken out, etc. STILL BEING TOLD I WAS WRONG, and that all of these people (and your Instagram post) must’ve been “special orders”. After this interaction, the ice cream inside the taco is completely melting down the employees hands and arm- strikes 3/4.

Joseph was great! Very informative and gave great customer service. The owner, I'm guessing, stood behind the counter, didn't greet us and glared. Even when Joseph had a line of customers he just stood there.

Ordered a cake and received a dilapidated cake with icing missing on the sides that didn’t sit flat on my cake stand. Paid $50 and it was embarrassing to serve. Never again!

Went tonight and clearly the young lady behind the counter was struggling - why she was left alone is unacceptable and a fail on ownership. She was doing her best and was very friendly clearly should not of been left alone.

I ordered a peanut butter perfection, gotta have it, and after she started making it, she stated she didn’t have any peanut butter - that’s fine, I get it, but since the item was half made and already had peanut butter in it, I was forced to make a quick decision on what to add to it….my gotta have it peanut butter perfection, without a peanut butter cup in it, was so small it wouldn’t even of filled a like it cup. Also, I had waited 10-15 min for the previous couple to get their order and there were three people behind me with one person behind the counter.

Huge fail on ownership - if this is how you treat your employees which reflects on customer experience, then give me a reason to return.

Highly doubt I will visit this cold stone again.

Very rude. I called to verify what time they closed at the Nimmo Parkway location because Google says 10 but the app says 9, and a young man answered and rudely said, “we close at 10 but we have been very busy today so ….” And then hung up on me. I tried calling back and they didn’t answer. If you don’t like your job, get a new one!

Rude. Everyone that works there. Is just plain rude. 5 people, no hello, no greeting, no smile. I'm about to drop $50 on ICE CREAM. Say "Hello" and be pleasant. I don't need a red carpet, but a glare and turning your back to customers is rude.2 people seemed to be talking in the door way behind the counter, 1 near the register, 1 was making the orders and 1 was just standing behind the counter. There may have been training going on but if so the they are being poorly trained. The ice cream was good but not $50 good for ICE CREAM. I know what Cold Stone is, but to be treated rudely by spoiled teenagers is beyond what is acceptable. Oh, and the huff at the end when I didn't leave a tip. LOL Why do you expect a tip for being rude?
