Wasn’t a customer, I’m a dasher that picks up many orders from this location. Niya was rocking it out. A superstar. She was short handed and was knocking out orders from in store guests and online orders like a champ. Keep up the good work. A superstar in the making

Terrible. Service sucked. The ladies on duty 11/15 930ish were all so rude.

My husband and I got dinner at a nearby restaurant and popped over to Coldstone, which we frequent on DoorDash. I’m glad we decided to go in because I now know to not ever order from there again. While standing in line I noticed a couple of fruit flies flying around. We placed our orders and as we approached the side that they prepare the ice cream with mix ins we noticed no less than two dozen fruit flies just sitting in the glass encasement that the food is stored in. We attempted to discreetly pull aside a team member to share that we did not want our order prepared anymore and to explain why, but she looked at us like we were crazy, so we elected to just leave. Absolutely disgusting conditions to be preparing food. Town Center in general just seems to be on the decline.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Rude and unfriendly staff. Not a smile among them. Two walked in the back and never came out. One working and another one staring at the waffle machine and walking back and forth. They have changed the direction to be in line to order. They watched me stand there 15 minutes and never told anyone the change. I was completely ignored. The place is quite dirty. I’m talking health department dirty. Portions vary from person to person. Stay away and save your money. There are friendlier places who smile and enjoy their job. Judging from other comments, I am surprised this has gone on as long as it has.

Coldstone is great, but this location needs help. Every time I go, I know I’m taking a risk, but it’s the closest one to me. Tonight might’ve been the last straw. Ice cream tubs were just out on the counter, and the worker making my order had to be told by another worker which flavor was which. When making my order, the worker was continually distracted by a different worker asking about the bathroom?? She was talking and laughing while getting my ice cream out of the tub and then proceeded to scoop my sprinkles with her gloved hand. I initially wasn’t bothered by this until later - just wait. While mixing my ice cream, the worker was still worried about the one who’d asked about the bathroom, looking back to see *something.* I don’t know if the other worker slipped and fell or what but my attendant busted out laughing - spit laughing, mind you - all over her gloved hand. She didn’t change her glove, apologize for being distracted, nothing. She continued to worry about what her coworker was doing in the back. I would’ve asked one of the other workers to remake my order, but the line was long, and I didn’t want to make a fuss. The worker at the register and the other one taking orders seemed to be on it and doing well. However, this location sincerely needs to train their staff better and/or have a serious, responsible manager onsite at all times. Town Center is not the location for untrained or unserious teenage workers.

Skip this location, darlings. Customer service was so bad, and the place smells like...well, a bathroom!? It was not a positive experience for me and my kid. 😳

As a content creator i go to places to enjoy myself and enjoy the food to film it with my family. I went to this location and there was a young black girl working the front. There was another In the back washing dishes, she was taller..I'd like to note im not talking about her, just the one that was in the from who was also handling mobile orders. She was very rude and wasn't hospitable at all. The moment i walked in she seemed irritated that I was even there. No hello, no goodbye please come again.

Outstanding service from JOSIAH!!! After we were given melted ice cream by another team member, Josiah immediately replaced it with a fresh order and made sure we left happy. Professional, mannerable, and customer-focused! This young man's work ethic and heart to serve is unmatched! Your strong work ethic will take you far in life, Josiah. Small portion compared to getting cold stone before and for 20$ for two little cups insane

If only zero stars was an option. Went to this Cold Stone to get Ice Cream for my kids and the viral Ice Cream Taco. My kids orders a simple milk shake but apparently all 6 blenders were broken at once. They settled for just a scoop of ice cream. I tried to order the Ice Cream Taco and met with “we are not making those right now”. What does that mean? You can’t make what is on the menu as an item? It’s too difficult? Needless to say, worst experience at a Cold Stone.. hopefully it closes and something useful is allowed to operate here. Adios Amigo!

Ice cream is good but staff have terrible customer service barely make eye contact or acknowledge you. Not a fun experience.

Smells awful and the management/ownership do not care about their customers or employees. It's a wonder how this location is even open, don't waste your time here and go get ice cream from literally anywhere else.

Put in an order over an hour before closing. When it was delivered all items except for one, the highest ticket item (almost $20) was delivered. It took them so long that the online ordering window (30 minutes before close) had closed, so there was no way for me to remedy my order and try to get the missing item. So one member of the family got left out.

This is the 3rd that we’ve been to this location and again we were charged for a larger sized ice cream and the customer service is poor. My family used to love getting the occasional treat from Coldstone but now it’s expensive and you’re treated poorly.

Great service and delicious ice cream but it smells terrible inside! Please remedy because I love coming here
