Small portion compared to getting cold stone before and for 20$ for two little cups insane

If only zero stars was an option. Went to this Cold Stone to get Ice Cream for my kids and the viral Ice Cream Taco. My kids orders a simple milk shake but apparently all 6 blenders were broken at once. They settled for just a scoop of ice cream. I tried to order the Ice Cream Taco and met with “we are not making those right now”. What does that mean? You can’t make what is on the menu as an item? It’s too difficult? Needless to say, worst experience at a Cold Stone.. hopefully it closes and something useful is allowed to operate here. Adios Amigo!

Ice cream is good but staff have terrible customer service barely make eye contact or acknowledge you. Not a fun experience.

Smells awful and the management/ownership do not care about their customers or employees. It's a wonder how this location is even open, don't waste your time here and go get ice cream from literally anywhere else.

Put in an order over an hour before closing. When it was delivered all items except for one, the highest ticket item (almost $20) was delivered. It took them so long that the online ordering window (30 minutes before close) had closed, so there was no way for me to remedy my order and try to get the missing item. So one member of the family got left out.

This is the 3rd that we’ve been to this location and again we were charged for a larger sized ice cream and the customer service is poor. My family used to love getting the occasional treat from Coldstone but now it’s expensive and you’re treated poorly.

They need to do a serious deep clean. It smells like rotten milk.

Extensive wait for what should have been a simple pick up - only to learn the cake I’d ordered days earlier had not been prepared - leading to a further wait. Time is the commodity I value most, so I will not be returning. The staff appeared disorganized and not well trained for handling volumes during what should have been a relatively slow mid day timeframe.

This place smells so bad! Like they keep spilling milk and not cleaning it. One look where the toppings are and you will barf. So dirty

Everything my family and i come to this location, we are always welcomed with good customer service. Today we have the pleasure of being helped by Maddie and Mac. Both were nothing short of amazing. We had hand a complicated order and were more than happy to not only help us but suggest new combinations. This location has become our favorite one. Keep up the good work.

The ice cream was so good! Pro tip don't get the white chocolate chips cause they are hard as bricks but whatever floats your boat.

The ice creams always great at Cold Stone, the service is what seals how sweet the treat really is. And aren’t I glad we had the worker we did. She had patience for our indecisive brains, and it felt real. She had no problem chitchatting with us and I’m so grateful she did. She was just sharing about her work but in a way that has your costumers walking out laughing. Definitely a great Cold Stone!

We had a great experience at this coldstone. We went in, being one of “those” customers. Not having any idea what we wanted, taking a long time to figure it out, being chatty and annoying. Yet, the workers were so friendly and nice to us. There was a young female who made our ice cream, which we asked for a single scoop and she gave us way more than a single scoop, only charging us for a single which was very kind. We laughed with her, talked with her, I almost felt as if we were friends and I didn’t even know her! She was just making my ice cream! 10/10 recommended.
