Came to Elizabeth City cookout. Order not made right the first time around. Ordered a single burger and a double. The single had more meet than the double. The hamburger didn’t even cover the bun. Had more bun than meat. Go to wipe out hands. And no napkins given. Tighten up.

i moved recently and this is unfortunately the closest cookout location, i’ve been in the drive thru and had to circle back around due to them forgetting about the second lane speaker, they put the absolute minimum amount of sides in the tray as possible and the customer service is mediocre at best, the food actually tastes pretty good usually though I’ll give them that.

Quality has gone completely down hill. I don't know if something happend that made them do a 180 but I'm truly amazed that everytime I go it gets worse. Food is cheap grocery store level and the employees could not give 2 craps

I’ve been coming here for years, up until a few months ago I was happy with the service and food and now it’s such a disappointment. Tonight I drove through and ordered “Cajun tray with bacon wrap and FF with BBQ and sweet tea . Well I received no BBQ, Sweettea that tasted like IT HAD BEEN SITTING ALL DAY AND A HALF OF 🥪 sandwich!!! Did one of the employees get hungry or something ? It’s ridiculous how much they screw up . I
