Coopers Hawk is by far one of my favorite restaurants. I ate the food before I remembered to take pictures. Appetizers to try: tuna, brussel sprouts and flatbread are winners here!! Entrees: blackened tuna (hands down my favorite!!!). I've tried different items from the menu and most things have been great.

Was visiting my family and they brought me and my mom here and it was absolutely superb! The service and the food were exquisite! We need one of these in Winston-Salem North Carolina.

Based off the team at the tasting bar, 5 stars. The only reason why I give the stars I do is for them, the manager, and Melissa because their service was excellent. The problem is in the dining area in the bar with a specific server. I have had Cade 2 times in a row now and based off my experience with him, I truthfully will not come back for the food especially it is him. First time, the manager comped our entire meal from the bad service and the almost 2 hour wait for our salads and disappearance of our server who, mind you, was more interested in the game on TV than helping us. Melissa, who was not even our server, was excellent at helping us get not only our meals but the assistance we needed. I regret forgetting to ask for her this second time. Now, the 2nd time was “better” by a slight degree from him but still took forever to leave. The table behind us even stated they did not like their meal and his response was “would you like a box?” My friend and I had to ask for our free samples included in the meal and the check along with attempt multiple times for eye contact to get it picked up. Let’s set aside that I’m a member and so is my friend, I work in customer service so it takes a lot for me to complain. This is twice now that it’s been bad so it’s not a one off situation with him. So, if you’re coming here, ask for Melissa if you’re in the bar area, go to the dining room, or just stay at the tasting area.

Tuna appetizers was awesome! Calamari not great at all way to much batter! Steaks done well but I had to return my risotto as was not done and had to remake it while everyone else was finished with their meal!

Have lunch with my family and I ordered fish and fries. The fish is good but the fries is terrible. Looks like it’s old and they just heated it. It’s rubbery and some of them are cold , looks like just came out from the fridge. Maybe a left over fries.
