Complete trash tonight... food like an oil bath.. Cole slaw was old and rotten. Fish soggy fries soggy. One piece of fish and 6 hush puppies I didn't asks for... am I missing some fish!??? No one can eat this.. this is not mindful at all. Whomever made this just threw mess together.. Nope not again

I am very disappointed that CP Shuckers has gone downhill so badly. Two friends and I ate there last night. Most beers we asked for were not available. We ordered a fresh squeezed by Deschutes from the draft menu. This is a beer all three of us love, but tasted terrible – presumably because their taps are not clean.

We then ordered some of the fried cheese. For about six dollars, we got for finger links cheese sticks and a soupy “marinara“ sauce. The cheese tasted OK – it’s difficult to screw up fried cheese… But the sauce they served was certainly not a marinara. It was watery and mostly flavorless. It’s consistency was about two times more watery than restaurant salsa.

My friends ordered the tuna Philly cheesesteak, and I ordered the chicken Parmesan sandwich. I used to love their oysters Rockefeller, but I was told they could not make that dish either. My friends said the cheesesteaks were mostly flavorless, with the meat itself being especially bland and unseasoned.

The chicken Parmesan sandwich looked amazing – I was very excited when I saw it. But when I took my first bite, I was very disappointed that the chicken and the breading were nearly flavorless. I could not detect any seasoning – not even salt or pepper. Also, this sandwich used the “marinara“ sauce from before, which only took away from the experience. I was starving, so I did eat it, but it was easily the worst chicken Parmesan I have ever had – sandwich or regular.

Our server was extremely nice and courteous, so we appreciated that very much. However, I am very disappointed with the experience we had, as this used to be one of my favorite places to go. My two friends felt the same way and I don’t think any of us will return until we hear about major changes in the kitchen.

We ordered to go. Wings & burger. Wings were really good but burger was RAW. Literally all raw meat.

Hurts me to leave a bad review. Cause I really didn't want to. But the service was piss poor tonight. Came here the night before. I had tuna and soup of the day it was 8.5/10. Was very good. Service was not the best, but the food made up for that. Came tonight had a steak, and it was absolutely horrible. 1.5/10 it was burnt to hell tasted like gas. I'm pretty sure they wiped the grill down with it to clean it. Was cold. Zero flavor. Waited over 15 minutes before my server ever came back to my table. Had to flag down the door host to get my drink refilled. I had to soak the steak in A1 to eat it. Steak was 20/80 fat to meat. After I ate, I instantly regretted it. Got sick af to my stomach. Maybe it was a off night. But I'm not sure I'm coming back.

The strawberry punch mocktail with rum for starters had 5 ingredients. Only ingredient I could taste was the overpowering of pineapple juice. Maybe a 4” tall plastic cup. Supposed to be made with crushed ice. NOPE! Whole pieces of ice. I expected an almost slushy drink. Burger was really good. Tough to find a burger cooked the right way these days. They nailed it. Loved the Koi pond up front.
The downer was looking to the right where they had football team flags in the wind. The only one flying upside down was my New England Patriots. They hadn’t been anything special since Brady left. But odd that this flag was flown upside down.
Then there was this thick white stuff that was served on my plate. Waitress states it says on the jar “heavy duty”. Never heard of heavy duty mayo before. Oh well. At least the burger was great.

My wife and I went yesterday afternoon and we were very disappointed in nearly everything. The waitresses were fine, however the kitchen is not. We ordered wings, both orders came out cold, and the flavor wasn't that great. She ordered steamed oysters which came out over cooked yet cold, and I had ordered steamed shrimp that never arrived at all. If you want to stop for a bottle of beer or something I'm sure it's fine, but the food was terrible and seems to be the fault of the kitchen staff/BOH manager.

The menu has changed a bit, and I was pleasantly surprised with how good the tuna bowl was. We also got one of the specials which was also delish.

Amazing burgers

Last night | witnessed another patron verbally abuse his mother at the bar. Nobody intervened. Not the bartenders, waitresses, or numerous security guards.
He was very loud and aggressive and kept slamming his hands, his phone, and beer on the counter. He even broke a beer bottle and was not removed from the bar!! Instead, the glass was quickly swept up and he was given a new beer! My group notified a bartender and all he said back was "Yeah, it's been more intense lately..". His mother ended up leaving after he became more aggressive and got in her face. My friends and I were extremely uncomfortable and left as soon as the football game was over.
I am so disappointed in the lack of action from the staff. If the guy is mentally unstable, I empathize and hope he gets help. BUT WHY ON EARTH ARE YOU CONTINUING TO SERVE HIM ALCOHOL?!?! This is so unsafe for any of your customers!!!! Apparently he works there or used to work there. This should not give him a pass to behave this way. If he's an owner's/staff member's friend or family member... you are doing him (AND YOUR BUSINESS) a big disservice by continuing to enable this behavior.

A solid spot for a drink and seafood and bang for your buck. Everything I’ve had here has been pretty good.

I asked the waiter about raw clams & oysters on the half shell. He assured me that they were raw. I ordered a dish (4got the name) with clams, shrimp, oysters & mussels. To my surprise, only the oysters were raw; everything else was steamed. The oysters were delish!!!! Everything else was ok. The $17 small bowl of crab dip was tasteless, so we sent it back. The she crab soup was good, but overly salty. However, the service was great!
