This restaurant is a go to for myself and my family, we drive from North Carolina just to come eat here and will drive back home. The food sets off fire works in your mouth with every bite every order is made fresh and with love. Definitely recommend and tell everyone about this favorite to go spot. Matter of fact we are on the way there now 😉

Five star food no doubt about it. Someone knows what they're doing in that kitchen. The prices are very reasonable for the portion and quality you get. My only issue is the place is mainly pick up, not very welcoming to sit and eat there. In my opinion, seafood is not good once you box it and take it home, I gotta eat it right then and there. So please get some colder drinks or a fountain drink machine so we can enjoy your tasty creations the way they're meant to be enjoyed. But again the food is top notch, highly recommend and will definitely be coming back. Support small family owned businesses!

My takeout order was ready to go in less than 10 minutes. Employees were very friendly and made sure utensils and napkins were already in the bag. The seafood Mac was delicious: loaded with big shrimp and a generous portion of lump crab meat. I’ll definitely be back on my next lunch break.

The seasoning didn't come to work today. We ordered the shrimp and wings combo, fish and shrimp platter, with fries and hushpuppies.
Nothing has seasoning everything was bland. Thoroughly disappointed.
Will not be coming back.

Located directly beside funville in Va beach so there is plenty parking. I ordered a fried fish sandwich(8/10 only because the fish is whiting it has bones other than that flavor a 10) crabby fries were delicious with lump crab and a cheese sauce I added the house sauce as well (9/10 only because there were small shells flavor 10) menu also has crab cakes and shrimp as well and a few other options definitely check em out if in Va beach . Also black owned

I'm a little late with the review, but I had to circle back and ensure I reviewed the restaurant. I recently came back to VA after being away for several years. Crabby Cali's was the only restaurant I patronized that served edible food. I got the salad and fries, and they barely made it out of the parking lot.

First time trying this restaurant and I have to say that it was pretty good, I had the fish and shrimp with fries and I also order seafood Mac- cheese and fish sandwich with the crabbiness fries , I really didn’t like their fries they are not a good fit for the crab meat, they were too hard and overcooked, I think crinkle fries would be better, I’ll definitely will try them again
