Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Went in today about 4 pm. Went to the hostice stand and waited to be seated. The place was empty maybe 1 table. One employee walked my way, I was thinking she was going to seat me. No, she walked past me without even an acknowledgement of my existence. Then I stood there watching multiple employees walking in and out of the server's station. All seeing me standing there without even one acknowledgement. Two employees even stopped right outside the server's station and had a conversation for a few minutes and still no acknowledgement I was there. So I walked out and went to Long Horns where I was greated and seated within a few seconds of walking in. The owners of this establishment need to do some training. There is to much competition to have such bad customer service.

As usual, the food was very delicious and the young lady that waited on us was very polite and engaging. We had a marvelous breakfast.

We have always considered Cracker Barrell as our go to favorite place to eat. Today my daughter and l went to Cracker Barrel at Lynne Haven. Our choices were limited as the menu has drastically changed. Our waitress immediately asked if we wanted a mimosa? What? The food was cold. My toast arrived AFTER l finished breakfast and my daughter couldn't even eat her sausage. We won't be going back to this location!! Such a sad loss!!

Food is always good here at Cracker Barrel haven’t had any problems with the food.

We love this Cracker Barrel and the old- fashioned decorations, working fire place and overall atmosphere!! The service was excellent. Jonathan was our server and did fabulous! Keep up the great work! We will be back again!

Hannah the retail manager was SOOO kind and amazing!! I love her!!!!!

I definitely recommend using the Join Waitlist on the website for the location. If it is a busy day, IT HELPS to cut down wait time once you get there and check in.
I stopped in for a pickup one day, and dined in another day. The store's floor staff were excellent to help, and also were kind enough to point out special pricing for the holidays.
Our server Donnett was excellent. A complete sweetheart, friendly and attentive.

Went here on thanksgiving around 3-4 the wait was pretty long as expected on thanksgiving which i was perfectly ok with especially since it was definitely worth the wait our waiter was amazing and worked very well with the overwhelming amount of people, i especially wanted to say that Hannah the retail manager was extremely amazing very welcoming and sweet to everyone that was walking in and very friendly, she was definitely the one that stood out to me with her personality, she showed so much spirit today she definitely deserves a raise or something with how amazing she was today.definitely would come back today that location.
